Mr. Samir Vyas who boast about his intelligence and says his training can make even a donkey get a job in PHP is all false.
What he did is he took my friends resume who had come from India and was residing in USA for less than a year and faked up 7- 8 years of experience in USA and sent to all over USA. Well, she started getting interviews then with one phone call every one knew she was not as experienced as she was in the so called (fake) resume. Alas! if the training he talks about really gave people 7-8 years of working experience in USA to people who came right from India (FOB pardon my usage of the abbreviation) or Fresh Grads from any College in India. Well, we all know when a girl comes to USA getting married faces many challenges in USA. This ###-Man Samir Vyas could add more pain to your existence in US. Well, all said and done if you can stand his negativity, and okay to take a chance with fake resume, and all the blame he is going to give you when you fail flat on your face you can go ahead and use this company to get a JOB (and God and Luck are on ur side). Otherwise definitely do not waste your time. BTW, many girls are stuck signing his Contract which binds you not to look for job else where but he won't take you to court as he himself is a cheat and fraudulent. Thank God Judges here have more common sense than in India and can't be bribed by people like Samir Vyas, and many other Indian people. What I have to say to Samir is go back to your CORRUPT INDIA and cheat there you will be more respected. PLEASE STOP TRYING TO MAKE USA LIKE INDIA. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE COMPANY AND PERSON. BEWARE PEOPLE.

Samir Vyas has no moral value. Only Indians go to him also he told me personally he can not handle Americans. Because they will know about his shady business and put him behind the jail. Well, befairandneutral what do you have to say about why you dont want to take Americans? Well you can hide from laws but your bad karma will catch up with you soon...then you will know what fairness is.
If you are intelligent and use it for taking advantage of innocent gullible people doesnt mean you are fair and neutral. Their are many angry people who are cursing you hope you burn in hell.

For point # 2, please report the issues to Dept of Labor. If proved, you will get the unpaid wages + penalty and your employer might get imprisonment. Refer the below links for more details
