I rent my timeshare at Barefoot'N in the keys at Old Town every other year with RCI Management and I have never had a problem. I receive my money in a timely manner. So far I have had a pleasant experience with this company and I would recommend it.

We were scammed in October 2017 by RCI Management. The take your money and lie to you about the date of rental, the funds arrival and what they do to get your timeshare rented. This is truly a scam and the BBB needs to get a handle on these crooks.

We were scammed in December 2009 with a carbon copy of Gina's situation but with half the loss. Everything seemed honorable since they had all our RCI info. It appeared low pressure enough since they allowed a return phone so I could discuss this so called opportunity with my husband.

Does anyone know if anyone recouped their loss/filed a lawsuit?

I was part of this timeshare scam. When they called me, they had all my RCI information. I’m not sure how they got it but it made me think they were legit. However, they took me for $1, 800. They said they would sell my weeks but now I can't get through to anyone and they haven't returned any of my numerous voice mail messages. Please be advised, they started under RCI Management and then switched over to Client Services, before that it was another name, literally within 2 weeks.

I highly recommend that you don’t do anything when you get these phone calls because they will take your money and give you nothing in return!

They promised me $5400 for 2 wks rental on my timeshare at a cost to me of $975. Never got the $5400 and now I put in a complaint to BBB. RCI Management is now called Worldwide Points. So watch out. Louis Martin no longer works there and they have new people working there. I did get a callback last night from a new mgr though, April, who said she would get it rented in 2 weeks. We'll see.

RCI Management IS a scam! They scammed me out of $1498.00 and I never even signed their contract! Tried calling them repededly since October but with no response. I am actually considering getting on a plane and flying down to Orlando to get my money back... hopefully with the Police!
