Ralph Wallace in Corporate office review: claims

I fell in the store due to a cart being left in a narrow pathway I entered and I was told I had to go to the emergency room instead of a regular doctor's office visit. Which is of course more expensive. So I did and then the man from corporate called two days later and discussed what happened. Never mentioned that they werent going to pay for the hospital visit...then when the first bill came in I called about a claim number and then I was told he closed the case and wasnt covering it. Thats dishonest and not only am I not shopping at Lowe's anymore...I will be sharing the complaints website I found online to convince every single person I know and don't know to read ALL the complaints so they can see for themselves how little they care about their customers. As I see it now, I am going to be out $1, 000.00 because they deceived me.
