Looking for anyone that in interested in a class action suit against QFL Inc. (Quest for Life) They are a company out of New Jersey. They sell teas, acai berry, colon cleanse, Amazingcombo, and several other products. You may have ordered a free trial from a web site. That web site is more than likely shut down by the time you received the charges to your credit or debit card. They don't send products, sometimes the claim you didn't return a product. They then charge you between $30-$80 for the product that you canceled, returned or never received. Sound familiar? I am not an attorney. I am a consumed that was also ripped off. To make a long story short, basically I received a free trial of colon cleanse unbeknownst that I was signing up for a monthly shipment plan. However, I did receive the free trial and then shortly thereafter another package which I did not order, plus a 49.99 dollar charge to my account. I did contact the company and was scheduled to receive a refund after returning the package which I did not order. Yes, I actually spoke to someone there and they said the refund could take up to 14 days. And that was well over a month ago, and only a week or two later received a second charge of 49.99 to my account. I'm looking into filing suit against this company. This company is bad news! And stay away from all of them that are offering free trials unless you thoroughly read the fine print and the entire website! They're all the same, they are monthly membership plans and going through the hassle of contacting them in ten to fourteen days just isn't worth it.
