I'm not just a ticked off ex-employee. I'm one of MANY. He (they) claim they're in the business of human promoting. It's a Pyramid scheme, where they dangle management (ownership) in front of you, while you go get "leads" in several different arenas (Auto Glass, Home Depot, Direct TV). The problem in particular to this office is the pay. Which rarely existed. You're constantly told "it'll be here tomorrow". I was often paid in cash, not checks, to which I've still yet to see the paperwork. They have an outrageous attrition rate, because they NEED to hire constantly. Keeping bodies in the office, and out in the field is the only way the manager makes money of you. I was there two months. I saw dozens come and go, and to a man, all of them had a problem with not being payed. They seem to think b/c they fall under an umbrella company that is so big, that this is acceptable. Well, it's not! Beware! If this helps only a few people it is worth it. Your hours will be ridiculous, and even if you're offered a measly weekly "net" (320-450), don't expect to see it anytime soon. Myself and several other former employees are looking into further legal action. But if you're contacted by them through career builder or craigslist, I hope you read this first.

I agree, I only went in for one day. And that was plenty. Work environment was miserable. Oh, by the way they changed the phone number so the one this person listed is wrong. But it's the same place for sure. Don't waste your time.

It just sounds like you guys arent use to working hard. I have been there for over 2 months and have made over 7-8 grand. Stop being stuck in the corporate structured mindset where you just sit back and wait for a pay check. In this work environment you need to work for your self. Nothing is sugar coated, the hungriest man will make it! So good luck at making a living at key food or CVS you losers.

Ryan Irish is a TOTAL scam artist. His new company Rhino LED is just as scammy as all the other companies he attempts to run. He doesn't pay people, there are NO BENEFITS, and he LIES. He LIES more than anything. He promises all kinds of things to his workers and gives them NOTHING. He can't even write them a check because he is so greedy. Guys on his team can't pay their electricity bill while he is off in the Bahamas living off the money he should be paying the people who do all the work. The only reason why he has people in his office is because he flashes and taunts them with him money, telling them they can have the same wealth someday. In reality, ALL of his money is invested into his new company and when it fails he will lose it all. He is a complete waste of life and deserves what is coming to him.

Looking into taking legal action NICK ROBIN is one of Ryan Irish's partners in this pyramid scheme. You are crammed into a tiny office space and pumped up to pedal makeup for 3 hours. Ryan Irish gives an "inspirational speech", which is intended to have an effect on your ATTITUDE and WORK ETHIC. YOU pay for the makeup every day and do not receive the promised compensation. ANYONE who has fallen victim to this company can back me up and i am currently looking into a class action law suit.

Place is garbage, preying on the desperate. If a company won't tell you what they sell, who you work for or how to track your sales, run away. These two are the "juiced" fellas behind the scam: https://www.facebook.com/jared.irish.12 and https://www.facebook.com/ryan.irish.5 They will tell you they got ahead by hard work, but they already had a pipeline through their family.

Is this the same company as ALL IN ONE MARKETING? I also was invited for an interview there, and tried googling the company, couldn't find much info on them except their website. But then i tried looking up the address, and this complaint board came up. Interesting. Maybe they really should be looking to hire a business consulting firm ! =)

I just got an email and a phone call from someone named Danielle at prospect retail solutions. I was positive I never applied to them, so I just went through my emails to make sure I never did, because even the name of the company sounds shady and odd. Well, I never did apply to them, but I still have an old, outdated resume on Careerbuilder which I never took down. That must be why they found out about me. I'm not going to even bother calling back, after seeing this page. I once went on one of these "direct marketing" job interviews before and shadowed some guy as he tried to sell memberships door to door. So glad i found this!

Yanks 90-- no legal action that I'm aware of. ALSO THEY CHANGED THEIR NAME to PROSPECT RETAIL SOLUTIONS. But it's the same office, same team mgmt, Ryan Irish and his brother Jared. Danielle also. Shame that these things hurt so many, while making a few others rich.

I have fallen victim to working for Prospect Inc and Principle subsidiaries of the Smart Circle (enabling companies like the one mention nationwide). It wasnt until after I conducted more extensive research that I realized this was an elaborate pyramid scheme or multi-level marketing scam that takes advantage of individuals. I was required to work six days a week, drive my car hundreds of miles for others and pay for my own gas, I was NOT given the $400 base salary that I signed paperwork for. And when I say hundreds of miles. I spent two hours of my mornings listening to the owner blab about how horrible the economy is, how people are commiting suicide because theyre losing their jobs - scare tactics. People yell "juice", the same garbagetraining, and then spend 8 more hours "in the field". Im not sure why at the time I didnt just walk away... wait I do: I needed a job, I needed money, to pay my bills and feed my family. I worked 11-12 hour days six days a week for an average of $280 a week. Myself as well as others were hassled to stay as late as possible to help out. My commute was 45 minutes-you think they cared? Because "the first one in and last one out was always most successful.Money was missing from my paychecks. After 4 weeks Id only made $1800 after taxes, barely $4.18 an hour. And remember, I worked 11 hours days. These individuals are from other states, North Carolina, W Virginia, Ireland, New York, and to top it all off, most of this office came from Florida to start this new office because they want to "expand" in New York with best buy and other major stores like Bjs and Costcos. I make note of this because the name of the company changes so much since once theyve saturate one area, they obviously move on to the next. They have conference calls with individuals all over the world - Florida, Boston, California.

The people that are named leaders are actually victims turned long time - desperate and brainwashed perpetrators. They learn the scheme, learn to teach it to others in hope that it sticks, make a little more off that person and hope that they can teach someone else. One guy claimed he left a position making six figures to do this. Absolutely laughable and sad. But definitely not true. I thought about this ... Had I ever been making six figures, Id never move into such a position, selling cosmetics in front of a building hoping "corporate" doesnt show up. Seriously, six figures is at least a downsize to something making $40k with benefits. There are no benefits by the way. This particular individual also had some horrible characteristics like pocketing money during events, pretending it came of missing and hustling customers using all sorts of lies. Its obvious that their stories were elaborately made up.

After researching online I found that many had had my experiences. I wish I could kick myself for not digging deeper sooner or taking that other job. I wish I could sue. But instead the least that I can do is inform someone and I hope many people read this before being duped as I was. Careerbuilder should not represent this company on their site, not only are you too good, but they are NOT deserving of the opportunity and other people shouldnt waste their time, motivation or life on this crap. These people are vultures, heathens and liars. They found my resume on career builder I did not apply to their job posting because I just checked to history to make sure that they contacted me.

I agree what a waste of time, i worked there for 6 weeks n it was the worst time ever. I would feel so bad for the people that came in lookin amazing with a great resume who did not deserve to be there, or waste there time there. I got my first my check almost a month into it and it was paid in cash not in a check. I had to ask him every day constantly for my check and always got the same answer " it would be here tomorrow fedex" I dont recommend this job to anybody, its not a job its slavery. you work like 12 hours a day get in at 9 leave at 8 !
