Poor Mgmt, Ms. Y. does not believe without tenant she would be employed, late fees and fraudulent charges, altered document would have you going to answer a 5 day notice or any other notice she will give to you in front of a judge, due to her inexperience and condensing behavior. Discrimination, Fraud, Deceit, and deception is what this mgmt group is about and very nice property but when it is referred to as the ghetto, then there is a lack of concern for your tenants.

    I am quite aware of a Prime Group aprtment complex where leasing representative "Angel" has advised that noise complaints and other complaints will not be addressed, as she put it, "I ain't gonna investigate nothing, I'm ###ing one of the noisemakers and nothing gonna stop that." Angel said that she would bend over for a black pipe, and delete late charges for a big, black hard one, though was clearly hostile to all caucasion residents.

    The newest border jumper/assitant manager, Daisy Dominguez talks down to residents, as if her ghetto english is even adequate enough to communicate with local residents. I believe the name "Daisy Dominguez" WAS GIVENT O HER BY A COYOTE When she hopped the fence at ElPaso/Juarez, but I'm not sure. I doubt she knows where the name came from either.

    Be wary of CC at Rainbow/Washington. Deal only with the manager and regional manager.

    I have been with Wildhorse Estates in Green Valley for over a year now. I went to go renew my lease and they gave me an over the top figure of $1, 175 per month for a 2 bed 1 bath. I was told that the prices change on a daily basis with ANY APARTMENT COMPLEX OWNED AND MANAGED BY "PRIME MANAGEMENT GROUP" This company use to only charge $886.00. They went to a new system of charging customers an amount depending on the length of the lease. If i went month to month it would cost $2, 125 per month BUT if I signed a 12 month Lease my rent would be only $955.00 per month. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS, NEVER RENT FROM ANY COMPLEX OWNED OR MANAGED BY "PRIME MANAGEMENT GROUP" TRUST ME YOU WILL REGRET IT. JUST STAY AWAY. LOOK AT DIFFERENT OPTIONS IN THE AREA> IF YOU DONT YOU WILL END UP PAYING AN ARM AND A LEG.

    Yes thid genius treats residenta as if they're the border jumper and not her. And ehaven forbid you ask about when something is goign to get fixed. Then it's "well we don't know, we collect the rent only, wer let corporate office deal with fixes stuff." Huh? That was in what broken language?

    joe walters the manger of heritage estates another poor property run bt prime group would be much better suite to run a pig farm his communication skills with tenants and his staff are poor he is probably one of the biggest ###s i have ever run into in my life and believe me ive been up and down this country this man will be lucky if he doesnt get his teeth smashed down his throat by somebody he has no regard or respect to who he is addressing and will be fortunate if he is not found in the dessert some day piece by piece

    I live at Hesperian Falls on Algonquin - We have the worst manager ever
    and I've lived here 14 years!
    They always try to get ever dollar from you with 'managed' fees for waste & water.

    PRIME GROUP IS A SLUMLORD AND ALL THE PEOPLE THEY HIRE ARE PAID OFF BY RESIDENTS TO IGNORE PROBLEMS, ESPEICALLY AT CORNERSTONE CROSSING APARTMENTS. THEY DONT RESPOND TO PROBLEMS, ESPECIALLY IF ILLEGALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEM. THEY CATER TO ILLLEGALS

    maravilla apts on nellis 5011 show you a nice model when you get to your apt that they wont show you until you pay them you get 12 yr old carpet coming up at the seams dish washer that manager knew did not work no smoke alarms apts are dirty holes in vinyl flooring in there office they have people that sell solen property from office stuff stole from stores maintence cant even inspect property before renting i told darios the manager my son had severe allergies and we could not live in a apt with old nasty carpet we got original carpet from when first built bleach stains the ac filter was at least 5 months old filled with lint then the dryer the gass man said it needed cleaned out maint man did it still did not work had to have him come out and do same thing again holes covered up on bdrm doors manager said he was going to walk apt 4 differrent times did once started to fif things then nothing ever finished peple in office have freinds there that have marijuana on them reeking the office up whle im complaing about upstairs making my apt smell like weed allnight nothing done about it very ghetto please keep looking

    When I went to Sonoma Shadow Apartments at 1750 Karen Ave, Las Vegas, NV. 89169, they took my deposits and told me to go next door to see the example of the one bedroom apartment I wanted. Next door is Pine Hills Lodge. The example of the one bedroom ws very nice, so I arranged my move in date. The day I was moving in was almost one month from when I paid all my deposits. When I was moving in with the movers and family helping, the carpeting was just washed and reaked of urine, The whole apartment was s disaster: urine reaked throughout the apartment: no blinds or shades on any windows; counters and all around the kitchen sink was severely damaged counters; the stove did not work because it was not plugged in, the bathroom has mold around the tub, the floors around the tub are water damaged, the counters are burnt marked all over, and the bathroom sink looks like it was beaten up witha chain. The patio roof was wood falling out and was dangerous if anyone upstairs moved in using their patio; the bottom line, I got duped, conned, and the management will fix nothing except the carpeting so I could sleep in the bedroom. The BBB sent them a message to fix the apartment and never got a comment back from management. I live in a Ghetto.

    I moved into this dump as well on 11/7/2015 3 days after my scheduled move in date. Mgmt continued to give me the run around whenever I called them NOT them calling me let me add to follow up on the progress of my apartment being available on my move in date. Every time I called I was informed I would be called back which I NEVER rec'd a call back or placed on hold for over 20-35 mins that I just hung up myself. I finally got my keys to move in and to my surprise the apt is NOTHING to what I had expected nor the model I was shown... The carpet is brown, out dated, raveling and as very old.. I waited a month and a half to get a mailbox key the one initially issued to me DID NOT work along with my front door key which was hard to use as well would not turn, I had a dryer in the unit which also did not work that I had to wait over a month and a half before I rec'd a replacement. I made numerous work order requests and my last request was made to the property manger who herself called the maintenance mgr to request that he personally look into this request. The next day I still had NO dryer and when I came in to complain again the maintenance mgr LIED to the office staff stating he had NO KNOWLEDGE of my request... I sat in the property mgr's office when she called him, spoke w/ him and told him about the dryer and what was going on. He told her to tell me after he assisted with the installing of the heaters he would be over to my apt to take care of the dryer... But, he had NO KNOWLEDGE of this.. When I finally rec'd a replacement dryer the knob on that dryer continues to fall off. My closet doors are falling apart that I don't even bother request that they be fix cause every time a work order is placed it takes over a month and a half to be completed and when it is completed it's half ### done every time... I have medical conditions that require daily medication & breathing treatment so having constant cold air and dust being kicked up isnt good for my healt at all... Yesterday, yes CHRISTMAS EVENING my water heater burst. We called the office at Sonoma Shadows 7x press option 1 for maintenance if this is an emergency that can not wait unti tomorrow. Unfortunately, according to Sonoma Shadows phone system 1 is invalid... After selecting 1 3x it automatically disconnects you... I called Pine Hills 2x thinking their phone system might have access to maintence NO... Yes, my apartment flooded DESTROYED our personal items and also flooded the apartment downstairs. We COULDN'T turn the water off and had to call the fire department because we were in a pool of water and all of the wires and electricity... The LVFD came out and was unable to find the shut off valve outside to stop the water until they could get the water heater turned off and couldn't understand how the water heater itself was hooked up. Both valves theone on the water and washer just turned and turned wouldn't stop turning. Our stuff is DESTROYED. Do you think when I went into the office and told them what happened at any time did any of the staff apologize for our inconvenience or the damage to our things NO... They were MORE CONCERNED about the tone of my voice as if I didn't have a right to be pissed the hell off... When your tenant tries to contact maintence and the Fire Department also tries to contact your fake wanna be so called maintenance team and is unable to get a hold of anyone and it's an emergency on the property site... There's a problem and the company claims to have someone on call. This is some real incompetent management right here. Then to be told by your contractor that you usually don't put fans in apartments after floods.. That flood has and will cause health and safety issues to all involved starting with those fans... As previous discussed mgmt did not care that I am an asthmatic and that air, dust, cold and stress is not good for my asthma or anemia. Real aparment complexes put their residents up in a housing until this matter is resolved NOT Sonoma Shadows.. You are forced to be subjected to whatever they dish out and they expect ppl to stay in their lease agreements HELL NO!! It's been nothing but hell since I moved into this apartment and not to mention the ghetto ppl they have living and walking around this place but they talk about courteous security patrol. Where was that courteous security patrol when I had my front door wide open trying to allow my carpet to air right after the flood and some strange man had walked up the stairs into my apartment and was standing in my kitchen... This was all CHRISTMAS EVENING!!! I WOULDN'T recommend this place to my worse enemy's pet... This place is ridiculous and it has the nerves to screen it's information about corporate's contact information. Everytime you request from the office staff Prime Mgmt's information you're told either they don't have it, can't give it out or you can look it up on the internet it's there.
    The bottom line is I'm fed up with the bull crap that Sonoma Shadows has been serving up and I believe me and other tenants deserve better... If I'm going to pay my rent to a landlord every month I have an expectation that I REQUIRE HE/SHE meet or HIS/HER REPS and Prime Group is NOT cutting the caking... I'm not going to raise my blood pressure, have an asthma attack and be on a higher dose of iron supplements and Vit D because of this incompetent when I've already had to spend money on a room until Monday when the carpet ppl come back. Since Sonoma Shadows couldn't do it.
