Peroutka and Peroutka review: Class action in progress

To those who have been dragged through the mud by the bottom feeders Peroutka and Peroutka, your day is coming. We have met with a large reputable law firm relating to a wrongful Judgement and Garnishment that suddenly popped up on a Credit Report. The Lawfirm has agreed to take the case against Peroutka and Peroutka AKA Pasadena Receivables. You see Pasadena Receivables is nothing more than a Debt Buyer who hires people to search within zip codes for old debt. When they have a hit on and old account, they truck on down to the Court House (Preferably Baltimore City since the judges are easier to control), and file a judgement against whoever lives in the home. They then claim the summons was served, show up in court, and presto YOU HAVE A JUDGEMENT BEFORE YOU KNOW WHAT HIT YOU. One day you check your credit and find this DEFAMATION, LIBEL, AND OBJECT OF IMMEASURABLE EMOTIONAL AND MENTAL DISTRESS. In my case I was simply authorized to use a card. They did not serve a summons and held court under false circumstances. The problem for our friends is, I CAN PROVE MY CASE. I had enough of sleepless nights and mental anguish due to these "LAWERS" who profit from the misfortune of others without batting an eyelash. What really gets me angry is knowing they have what they call the "INSTITUTE ON THE CONSTITUTION". It's a class on rights, freedom, and how our constitution promises them. When I/WE are done with Pasadena Receivables, I will gladly praise the Constitution for giving me the right to SUE JERKS LIKE THEM!
