Paul and Tanya Streeter are scammer ###. Paul is a skinny spineless lowlife with his plastic surgery, but still ugly wife. They are the joke of Lakeway, Spanish Oaks, Belvedere, Bee cave, and Austin texas. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHAM OF A HOME BUILDER NOW ALSO REMODELING.
All part of the scam please review:
Camelot Custom homes camelothomesinc.com
camelothomesandconstruction.com
paulstreetercustomhomes.com
512.861.0050
Drives a gold Toyota Tundra and gold Nissan Morrano
Websites are all BS. He has NO homes under construction, no lots (the bank took them all), no crew. All crap! Just Paul and Tanya the ### Streeter sitting at home praying a sucker will contact them
Do not use his company of the week (been many of them) to build or remodel a home for you. He has no clue what he is doing, he is broke, except the money they scam to stay in the fake life style they try so hard to be in. Do not believe any fake references he gives you as there are many who have sued him, foreclosures, and other real builders laugh when you say his name. Paul is ### left his wife and infant children to ride the coat tails of Tanya Cayman Island slut, who's claim to fame is that she could hold her breath. She thinks she is something, a celebrity for once having a diving world record. Now, she is a washed up nothing doing self invites to any diving documentary to get her giant forehead face in front of a camera. Only work she gets is blowing chinamen for silly product endorsements and now they don't even want her. Tanya had a child with Paul who did not want it. Tanya is a horrid mother who leaves her kid for over a month when only a year old to go stick her her face in front of a camera. Soon you will see Tanya at the YMCA giving swimming lessons. They have zero shame and in Spanish Oaks where they live are considered to be pathetic jokes.
I urge anyone who comes in contact with the Streeter scam team to remember this review and run.

First, you are not even from the area, so says your profile, what kind of tool lacking in a social life are you to troll a complaints board and comment on posts you have no involvment in?
Next, I am not a home builder nor do I spam for any builder in the post. The name AustinCustomHome was made for keywords to rank in search engines dumb ###, so again you look like the lame tool you are to make your 2 cent post which makes zero sense.
There are hundreds of good builders in Austin Texas, just not Paul Streeter who is a scammer. Also, with you hailing from Madison Tennessee you should never comment on others not being "classy" trailor hick.
Now, stop being a tough guy online where you know you cant get your ### beat.

Wow, the butthurt is strong with this one. Your complaint tells me more about you than about Paul Streeter. This is just a long, rambling ad hominem attack with absolutely no evidence presented whatsoever. And honestly, what does his wife have to do with the quality of his houses? In addition, the other people (cindym_009 and dougxx) who posted bad stuff have only these single comments ever on this site.

Really sounds to me like "AustinCustomHomes" feels personally violated by something that most likely isn't related to Paul's work. This person then created two other accounts within days to post more made-up stories to make his original post seem legitimate. I'm going to guess that the OP is a former employee of Streeter who got fired for being a [censored]bag and thinks that high-school level trash-talk is going to make a difference.

Hey OP: Post your contact information. Post some evidence. If you can't back it up, then just go away.

The negative posting is horrific and quite sad. Paul is an INCREDIBLE person ( I've known him for over three years ). He is kind and Tanya is quite generous. This sort of posting and poster should be held account and I would say a liable law suit should be entertained against Complaints Board for keeping the post up in the public. What a sad world and sad people we occupy it with.
Thanks,

This is a ridiculous post. You have to love the internet for allowing people to anonymously post outlandish claims about a person and attack their family. I have to agree with Paul's rebuttal that this person is to scared to confront him in person.

I leased a property from Paul at 3001 Washington Square that had been on the market for sale for quite some time. Paul was great to us the entire time we lived there. The only complaint I have is that the house was foreclosed on and Paul never once responded to my via phone or email when I was requesting the $3, 000 deposit back. We fulfilled our end of the agreement completely but this was a very bad way to end things. I don't blame him since obviously he was in financial peril with losing the property and the money he had put in to rehab the property. We were all mid 20 somethings starting our lives and did not have a ton of money so that $3, 000 really meant a lot to us. Even though I was upset about this and never received a remedy to the issue I would never even imagine posting something like this on the internet about anyone.

I will say, although the project at 3001 Washington was not a good investment for the area (way too expensive after what he purchased it for) the quality of work was excellent. I am currently 27 and hope to not only live in but to own a house of that caliber again one day.

Paul, if you read this and are in a better financial position it would be great to get that deposit back. I have many friends that are attorneys that said they would gladly file a lawsuit against you at no expense to me but I declined every time. You took a chance on us to take care of the house which we did, we put a little money in your pocket (I understand it's a drop in the bucket for the $27K we paid you), and I did not want to further any financial issues you and your family were in at the time.

Thank you,

I am a 30 year Austin contractor.Residential, commercial, Marine and overseas contract work.I have just finished a high end remodel in Austin for Paul Streeter.I was hired as the structural steel contractor on the project.I will be as brief and to the point of my 3 week experience with him as the General of this project.Right off the bat he provided my company with a very good set of plans to bid on.He was very punctual in the bidding process with me on any questions I had.He promptly answered my calls or called be back ASAP.He moved quickly on his decisions making and contract signing with me.He paid me up front for my Materials needed to begin this work. Before and during my actual sight time on location I observed his excellent scheduling and on hand performance .He was very knowledgeable of building technique, scheduling, detail and foresight during the build and very conscious of the clients needs and budget. He paid me in full the day we finished. The project ran smoothly under his command. In my limited time I spoke with him he spoke highly of his wife and children.I have worked with well over 200 Austin builders and would place Paul in the top 5 .I would have no problem recommending him or working with him in the future.

Interesting... I use complaintsboard.com occasionally to assist in upcoming decisions. This gentleman may have a valid complaint but due to the childish structure of the complaint I have no choice but to dismiss it. The personal comments sound completely speculative, not to mention irrelevant. I'm considering using Paul's services and I suppose I'll make my own decision. If anyone on this board has had a home built by Paul please let me know your experiences.

Seems to be a nice guy to me.

Heh, you named yourself for keywords to rank in a search engine, you say? Very nice, very nice...so you're doing what you can to make sure that anyone who searches for one of those words finds your complaint so you can further spread your hate campaign...still makes it pretty clear that you've got something against this guy more than just business. And if you're not a home builder, then why is it you are so virulent in your very unspecific complaint?

Oh, and please, point out to me the parts of my previous post that "make zero sense".

Finally, I'd like to give you a nod towards your ability to read my profile information, but alas I cannot. Yes, I state that I hail from Madison, Tennessee. But my zipcode is from Houston, Texas. I live in the DFW area, and spend most of my time in Houma, Louisiana...and the few times I have been to Madison? Never been in or near a trailer park. See more of those in Austin than anywhere else I've been. Go on back to spreading your tripe about someone, hope it pays off for you!

My buddy use to meet up with a lady named Tanya who was an x-diver in Austin at some lake resort hotel close to her home when her husband was working. Wonder if this might be the same lady? He said she was English and always berated her husband to him that his package was very small and not doing it in bed like he was. Funny if these are the same people.

PAUL STREETER CAME TO MY HOME FOR AN ESTIMATE ON REMODELING A KITCHEN. THE ENTIRE TIME HE KEPT LEERING AT MY TEENAGE DAUGHTER. PAUL GAVE ME THE CREEPS AND MADE MY DAUGHTER AND I VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. I CANT COMMENT ON HIS WORK BECAUSE I WENT WITH ANOTHER REMODELING COMPANY, BUT CAN SAY HIS QUOTE WAS VERY OVER PRICED.

AustinCustomHome, This is Paul Streeter. I do not care what you say about me or my company but take exception when anyone insults my wife and family. You obviously know nothing about me or my wife and do not have the courage to say it to my face. I do not know what you are unhappy about but if you want to meet and discuss I am more than happy to do so...

Sounds like you got burned and now you're all butthurt...way to go TRYING to show off your vocabulary and impressive insulting skills. I am afraid you fail. Oh, and using the name AustinCustomHome couldn't be more obvious...you're a competitor and you're trying to steal their business...you sure seem to know a lot about their personal lives... Let me guess. You used to work for them, something happened, you got butthurt, now you either own or work for a competing company and are hoping you can get some extra cash by bashing these folks. Classy.
