Palm Beach Properties and Keith Miller review: RealEstate Forgery and Fraud

Do not make any agreements with Palm Beach Properties and Keith Miller.

I was thinking about listing my apartment for sale with Palm Beach Properties on or around December of 2014. Palm Beach Properties agent came over to my apartment but broke the refrigerator in the apartment and never came back to fix it, but that was only the start of everything.

So obviously, after getting the broken fridge, I never signed any agreements or contracts with these unprofessional Realtor, but I was lucky to find an interested buyer to my apartment soon after from Facebook.

Meanwhile Palm Beach Properties had taken the liberty to list my apartment on MLS without my consent and forged my signature on a fake listing agreement.

The criminal activity of Palm Beach Properties went even further, and soon later they forged my signature on a real estate sales contract and started threatening my buyer with lawsuits.
I have never seen a more unprofessional Realtor than Palm Beach Properties. I really don't anyone else to get defrauded by them, so stay away.
I have contacted the Broward's Country Sheriffs department on them and I will want them to be criminally prosecuted.
