ORVIAX / Orviax - Nathans Natural
I placed an order for 1 Bottle of Orviax (30 capsules) on the 27th of March 2011. I received an e-mail from the Company on the 28th of March 2011, stating that my order number is [protected] and the date ordered to be 28th March 2011. It also said that all orders will be shipped within 24 hours. I received another e-mail on the same date stating that my order has been shipped. My credit card was debited by an amount of R529.13
I never received the product.
On the 10th of April 2011 I received an e-mail stating that they ensure delivery of Orviax and that the delivery is 100% gauranteed. This seemed to be a standard e-mail which is sent to everybody. I received exactly the same e-mail on the 4th and the 6th of May after trying to follow up several times about my product not having been delivered. Their e-mail address is Sales@Orviax.co.za
I also phoned their number [protected]) which appears on their website, but my complaint did not result in a delivery.
Up to now I am still waiting for my delivery.
I know of other people that have had the same bad experience.
Can you please assist
