My vacation planning started with Online Vacation Ctr. on July 15, 2010. I was interested in a 7 night cruise abroad the Nirwegian Spirit with a two night pre-cruise stay at the Astor Crowne in New Orleans. After a promise from former employee Orlando Cardona that we would be staying at the Astor Crowne, I find out Orlando has been fired and Alberto Estevez is now hanhdling my travel plans. Alberto informs me there is no way you can guarantee the Astore Crowne. Atr this point I sent an email stating it was my wish to cancel the trip entirely.I have e-mail documentation showing my intentions. The nex thing I know there is a $975.00 chg on my credit card followed a few days later by another chg of $440. This is in addition to the $698.00 already charged to my credit card. A Mr. Steve G. contacts me and says not to worry, he will handle everything. I have been unable to contact Steve G at ext 6452 or his assistant Marzio at ext 6460. Neither have returned my calls or emails. I WANT TO CANCEL THIS TRIP AND i WANT THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $2, 117.00 REFUNDED TO MY AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD. YOUR FAILURE TO DO SO WILL FORCE ME TO TAKE FURTHER LEGAL ACTION. Mary J. Hill

    good afternoon to whom it may concern I had a reservation July 15th to the 22nd at the Grand Lux Ocean View in Puerto Vallarta I was all set to go traveling I had insurance on it and I call because I had an emergency reference code is LNBK405377 it was a one bedroom hold for people I did the reservation with Miguel Martinez I call I called the reservation center and told them I can make it because I was diagnosed with cancer so I had to do an operation and I asked him very nicely if I can postpone it and Reserve another day in the year they say it might be possible they're going to contact me back and let me know if I need to send proof never received a call back I had to call like 3 times they was rude and keep Telling Me They cannot Do It and it was Not My Fault Gotta get cancer en Travel I want The Money Back just wanted to reschedule I really wanted to go on that trip so I'm looking forward to hear back from you guys I have a long-time member with RCI thank you very much Eugene Farrell
