Online Shopping Mall review: scam 1

I was told for $3295.00 webtech strategies would give me an online shopping webmall website that included well known dept. stores such as walmart, kmart, macy's, target, to name a few. In addition to that they said they would start a marketing campaign that would give me a guaranteed 255, 000 TARGETED VISITORS to come to my website and and shop and i would get commissions on every sale for a period of 4 mos. at the end of 4 mos. i called to find out how much commissions i had earned, and was told stats were not in yet call back in a couple of weeks.after numerous calls back i was told there were no commissions, but that they would redo a more aggressive campaign for another 4 mos.But needless to say when i called back the ph.# had been disconnected.I googled the CO. and found they had closed shop and opened up under a new name "AMERICA'S WEB MALL" RUNNING THE SAME SCAM!
