Northern Arizona Wind & Sun review: They are con men and will take your money and thats about it

Watch out for Northern Arizona Wind & Solar, I ordered a $13.800 solar power system for our home, I was Told by the owner I think his name is Bob that this solar system would be more power than I would know what to do with, well after 6 weeks and no solar system I get a car from the shipping Co, telling to have a 230.00 check...what? I paid for the shipping already, I called Northern Arizona Wind & Solar well ""the owner was out"" and no one seemed to know what was going on or to help me in anyway, so I ended up paying the shipping Co, I wanted my stuff! well most of it showed up a mess of parts no clue what goes where its not clear at all so I called once more the ''owner was gone'' so I said I thought the ''owner'' told me I could but this thing together, the guy cracked up and said no way ! I would need to have a pro installed with a cost over 5K once more what? are you kidding me? no call back from the '' owner'' So I found a contractor that took care of me at 3K but now the system does not work! it takes almost all day to charge the batt bank, then can not keep up what a total joke! This is a black eye on solar, STAY AWAY FROM NORTHERN ARIZONA WIND & SOLAR! they are com men and will take your money and thats about it.
