NO NO by Radiancy hair removal system / Doesn't have repair only replacement for a outrageous price.

I bought the NONO through HSN almost 2 years ago and was pretty happy with
the product. I just ordered new blades and was using the NONO and the rubber band
broke. Have tried to find someone to fix it but there is no repair instead you
call customer service and you have to buy a new one!!! No repairs at all.
I have recommended the product and have enjoyed it. Now
less than 2 years later I have to buy a new one for the same price? I will not buy
another one. If they don't have the ability to replace a rubber band why would I want to waste money on another one? I only use it during the summer not at all during fall/winter months!!! This is a rip off!!!

    Buy the small rubber bands that dog owners use to tie dogs hair up. It is a pain but I have been able to put them on a few times now with the help of some tweezers.

    The rubber band drive is intact on mine, but, as soon as you rotate the roller, the red light comes on and the No-No will not work. Something inside at the other end of the belt drive makes the item default. I have tried to work out if this is a security feature but can not get enough information to work this out.

    We live in Spain - I bought my wife one and the same rubber drive belt problem. I think it is just worn but they will not repair or post me a belt! Definitely a rip off so won't be buying another or recommending to anyone else.

    Yes same problem here another buyer in Spain. Shame the sellers, shops, chemists etc do not realise this is a rip-off and ban selling them!

    I purchased the NO NO and it stopped working within the first month. The light came on but the motor did not engage. I will never endorse No No and will tell anyone considering buying one, "NO NO."

    I have bought a No No as well. Same problem as many women are having be at the rubber band breaks. There are no replacement parts
    Why ???? Instead you have to buy a whole new no no machine $$$$$. Do not recommend it
    To anyone any more it's ridiculous not to be able to buy parts.
