NJ Familycare / Lost Healthcare documents

I am a 31 year old wife and mom of 2. My family and I are hoping someone can help us. Back in Feb. 2011, we renewed our NJ Familycare health insurance packet and sent in all supporting docs. with it. NJ Familycare lost them. I recieved a letter stating that if I don't send in my renewal forms, we could be dropped. I called and Nj Familycare assured me it's all ok now. I recieved the same letter 1 month later. I called again and was told they were placed in a wrong file on the computer. Again, they said it was ok now. Well, now I recieved a letter stating that since I failed to send in the renewal, we are now dropped from NJ Familcare. I called yesterday and today and spoke to 3 different supervisors and they all gave me wrong numbers to call back at or said they may call me back and never did. Everyone I have talked to has lied there. As business owners ourselves, my husband and I can't believe what has happened to us over and over. We have decided to get a lawyer and follow through with a lawsuit. We have doctor appts., radiology tests, etc. that now will be pushed up till we don't even know because we now have no insurance and it's due to NJ Familcares mistakes; not ours.     Please report these unsympathetic LOSERS to New Jersey Commission of Insurance & Banking at (609)292-3717. It's unfortunate that most people don't know who to contact when you are refused YOUR right to speak to a supervisor and being lied to that no one in management is available. They lied and told me that they were experiencing an issue with scanning in renewal applications that were due on July 10th, 2018. They had the audacity to terminate my child's insurance due to their gross negligence, although they stated they wouldn't due to her medical condition of Epilepsy. I have made numerous calls attempting to speak to management and then the call disconnects. Voicemails are never returned. I had to pay $289 for my child's anti-seizure meds. These people are so unethical. They have no regards or empathy for anyone, which is truly concerning. All of the "Benefit Reps" give you the same exact script each time you call throughout the entire call. You couldn't pay me enough to mistreat anyone and to display such lack of concern the way they do each and everyday. They treat families this way because they feel as though they can get away with it. My child has been without insurance for 20 days and unable to go to any of her doctor appointments. I will make sure, that every single person that I have spoken to is reprimanded or possibly terminated. I wouldn't have a job if I treated my patients remotely close to what I endured. Theresa, this so-called Manager & her rat turd customer service reps all need to be canned. Calloused people like you don't deserve a job!!!

    @Hadiyah M thank you for the phone number. This happened to me exactly also. Sending papers three or four times and its already October. WT[censored]

    I can't believe this happened on the same day as me. The lady called me about 12:05PM. Didn't get all my pages. I mailed the, . How can she just get a blank page and just get one page. I didn't fax it. I mailed it. Where is the mail
    going. They need to find out now!!!

    The same thing is happening to my friend. She mailed in the documents they asked her for, and they said they never got them. Then I went and faxed them. I got a confirmation receipt. They said they never got it and her application was denied. She has a serious illness that she's been hospitalized for twice. She's extremely distraught about this.
