My ex husband owes me almost $42000.00 in arrears in child support. I have been back and forth with Adrian Robles for years for Enforcement hearings. When I call my case worker for enforcement when Adrian misses severla payments they always say he made one in the past month we are not putting a warrant out we would rather see him working. I always say yes hes working but he is not making his payments I would like to see the child support. When I ask if they will suspend his license first Mr. Suarez says no but when I wont get off the phone he says sure it will take 2-3 months to process. The enforcement agency is never nice, they hang up on me when I ask what actions are they going to take for my ex husband not paying. They always compare my case to several other cases. I have said several times my children and I are going to wind up on the streets because hes not paying and they say thats not my problem. I always remind them this is court ordered and Adrian no following the court order should be held in contempt of court. They always say yep and nothing ever gets followed through. You are treated as a problem to child enforcement and they don't want to deal with you so they hang up on you. Why is there an enforcement agency if nothing gets enforced?

Every year I pay $25 to NJ probation for monitoring my alimony case. My ex is over $4000 in arrears, pays when he feels like it and when I call probation for enforcement they tell me they don't enforce alimony anymore, even tho the website states they do. I will have to file a motion now, even tho his wages are garnished I still haven't got anything paid thru the garnishment. He's been working for 3 month? I've been to court 5 times and they say the same thing and yet I have to do this again with a motion! It just goes round and round and he gets away with this with no consequences? Guess court orders are a waste of time! What does probation do? Just monitor my case? I can do that!
