N26 Bank / Number26customer service is non-existent!

Dear Sirs

My account with N26 bank, Berlin, was terminated by the bank on 26th October 2018.

Since then I have sent numerous emails to their support office (mostly handled by Elizabeth) with no resolution. I am trying to get my 100€ balance returned to my account at Gibraltar International Bank; this money was transferred from this account and all I ask is that it is transferred to the account that sent it.

I have a reference No. from the bank: [protected]

My bank have confirmed that this is a SEPA compliant account; it is also the only account I have in my name.

I am an old age pensioner and, whilst not a huge sum to the bank, 100€ is an important amount to me and I am simply requesting that this amount is transferred back to my account immediately and a proof of transfer sent to me, Peter Mitry on email: [protected]@mitry.com.
