They have no heart and dont know about professionalism.

? Are you sure? Please post last emails that you made to developer. In this you mentioned that you will give payment next week. And you were lying that your mother is ill. But you were lying on your mother behalf. And we are not banned on apple and elance we have our accounts. I was fool I didnt checked online your ratings. Many people made blogs about you and they mentioned that Murad Lakhdhir is fraud. And I handover product to you without payment. But I got lesson that Mulla's are not professional. And simmi singla mailed you about agreement. And you didn't replied you. I have all records.
Murad Lakhdhir Is exactly that a fraud, he collected money that was to go to develop a film then he used the money for his cocaine habit and a derivatives program for trading stock faster.
This Monish Bansal/Kumar is a major fraud. Do not trust him. He has so many aliases. Big scam artist. He lives in New Delhi, India.
Lies.. Lies.. and More Lies.. If the product was not ours why would Apple have accepted the product and published it. We were able to prove to Apple the the product was rightfully ours and that Monish Bansal or whoever you want to be called today (Priyanka Rajrani), I cant believe this guy uses his wife's name in this way, would even say stuff like that. I was never contacted by your lawyer and I have always been responsive to the emails, but it was your lack of skills and your messages on development boards that were asking dump development questions with regards out products that made me think twice about who we had hired.. You were never able to do the work to our specs, that's why it took more that 3-4 tries to keep dumbing down the product to an absolute basic level.
It seems that you are not a professional developer at all, and you do have a lot of time on your hands.. You have been spamming our accounts and been putting silly blogs up to say that we are frauds.. If we were frauds, I would not have a 5+ rating on Elance and other boards, whereas you have been banned from Apple and Elance since other people have also complained about your lack of professionalism and stealing their work from them..
I need your help taking down Monish. He has done the exact same thing to me.
