mobile recharge fraud review: mobile recharge fraud 1

Today one guy named Bilal called to my mobile no(+[protected]) and said that i've won 2, 00, 000 AED through lucky draw. he said my sim number which is written on back of my Sim. So i believed him. He ask me to purchase DU recharge card for 800 AED (200 Recharge card * 4) i purchased then he said some file no, a/c no, pin no. So i said the recharge numbers to him. Finally he asked me to purchase for 1600AED recharge card. Then i realise that something is going wrong. He sent me SMS to my mobile no, which is written in Arabic. Still he is calling me to get the 1600 AED. Really i lost my 800 AED, which i purchased in Carrefour at dalma mall, mussaffa, abu dhabhi. The culprit mobile no is +[protected]. I also recorded his voice, i will attach my DU Recharge card which i bought. Please find the guy, punish him and kindly refund my 800 AED.
