Corruption at it's best! Found website Deland CPR, and one should see all the bloody trail of paperwork against this man and town. Please explain to me how the mayor of a city's home is in foreclosure...after he had to "short sale" his other home to the current city manager. Sunshine laws allow the public to see elected officials personal business. After going to this site, I felt dirty...dirty with corrupt and dishonest politicians. You residents of Deland need not worry about your bloody hometown main street. You need to worry about the corruption and racism rampant in your little town of dirty deeds. I believe this happens everywhere. How come the FDIC has not arrested this man and bank who gave him a loan almost three times the amount his first home he could not afford? Bloody tell me that! Sunshine Laws people! They were put into effect for a reason! England, I miss you!

I moved here from Boston for the small town feel and seemingly cohesive community. I felt it was small enough to care about itself. I have been baffled and find it almost comical that people that live and pay taxes here can't see just how broken this place is. You have men dressed like bums driving Chevy Volts turning peoples water off in my neighborhood every week for being a day late paying a bill. You have ZERO police presence in this town...you literally feel as though they are not there. I had a business here, for three years, theft, fear, letters about "violations" due to visibility of my brand new product from a street in an industrial park littered with abandoned vehicles, homeless and vagabonds living behind my business in "camps". I simply can't imagine someone sending their child here to a 40k year school with this group of misfits running this mini "Hazzard county" here in Central Florida. Needless to say I am leaving and taking my millions with me. I realize now you simply can't improve this place. The will is not there by the vast majority of "residents". There is a complacency and crony mindedness abounding. I want to say this..APGAR you are a disgrace. A real estate attorney by trade and education. How is it you have managed to Short sale not one but two homes in Victoria Park and still retain the support of your neighbors? WERE YOU THE VICTIM OF PREDATORY LENDING? I THINK NOT! THIS IS COMMON THEFT OF FUNDS FROM TAXPAYER BACKED MORTGAGES. WHAT YOU DO IS ILLEGAL AND YOU ULTIMATELY SIR ARE DRIVING DOWN MY PROPERTY VALUES WITH YOUR INPROPRIETY. AGPGAR IS A THIEF IN A CREATIVE AND FLORIDA ACCEPTABLE WAY.
