Manet Bar and Grille review: Harassment - Bartender Negligent 1

A person who I have had numerous problems with in the past, e.g., verbal harassment, stalking, entered the bar and came to sit at the end where I was sitting. He began saying harassing things to the people sitting next to him, one of whom confronted me with "You're going to let this guy say things like this about you?" I have complained about this person to the owner's wife and let her know
I think he is a criminal. I had been mugged in the neighborhood last Summer and believe him to be the prime suspect, although I do not remember details. He is rude and insistent. He is confrontational and indirect. I warned him the last time he confronted me in front of many witnesses with "You're a spoiled ###..." that the next time I would call 9-11. I did dial 9-11 fearful he would follow me home. One of the bartenders, Paula's, son Dan informed me that he is a sex offender, although somehow avoided a formal record. I have been uncomfortable with him for years. The bartender on duty today, Debbie Hennessey, seems to favor him, repeating "no harassment has happened" because she did not hear it.
This person is leaving me fearful of walking in my own neighborhood. I see him riding a bike and he is menacing, insisting on my attention regardless of my avoiding him. His name is Brennan. I am also filing a complaint with the police department.
Debbie, the bartender on duty today, is negligent of a dangerous maniac. She serves him and continues to serve him. Perhaps she is somehow culpable to his crimes?
