The salesperson was great, attentive in the beginning. Then all he did was has excuses for everything that went wrong. I had impact windows installed. I want windows that would limited noise from outside. The windows are in, I can hear birds chirping. He sold me what he thought I could afford, not what I asked for. And the workers, straight of the boat. No a single one could speak English. So, when they started damaging my house, there was noting I could do to stop it. I called, Jonathon Pippin the owner, no answer and the salesperson, Jim Murray, told me not to worry, they would fix everything when they finished. I told Jim, I didn't want things damaged in the first place. He didn't hear a word I said. The work men walked off the job one day, because I told the one guy that spoke a little English I was not happy, and why. I told him I better not hear the word "puta" again. That's when they walked. That would be the Spanish would for -itch. When it came down to fixing everything, and the list was long, Jonathon said the house was old, they were not responsible. The house is 16 years old, that did not explain why there was white caulking adhering a broken roof tile. Stay away from this company. The are a bunch of crooks and liars.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I used M @ A to replace my condo sliding door, I'm in a condo on the beach in Highland Beach, FL on the 8th floor. I had a specific brand door they had to order and install. The job was remarkable. The job was clean and after they were done, it looked like the door was there forever. No painting or even touch-ups. The building is concrete and build in 1978. We had hurricane proof windows iinstalled and were assessed, but the building never did the sliders to the balcony. The door makes the condo quiet and you don't notice the wind noise from the ocean. Jonathan was professional and adhered to the buildings tough installation criteria. You can oly work between certain hours and insurance papers must be in ahead of time. Great job. M&A Windows, Inc. strives to achieve a very positive experience for each and every customer. As in all construction projects, there is a chance for something to go wrong. In this case however, M&A Windows did address every concern the homeowner had and corrected or replaced everything that the owner had on her "punch" list. We actually did replace the entire 2nd floor bedroom wood floor due to a few minor scratches that were observed after we finished installation. We assigned 2 men to final clean, paint, and finish all items on the list she supplied. Prior to the complaint published on this forum we have addressed all issues and resolved them.
