dont work and cant contact
I was sent a letter offering me lypoliss to lose weight I KNOW silly me, but I did I only wanted to lose around 7lb as I have put on weight in last couple of years as I have ME and Fibromalgia and find it hard to excercise. I cant afford to buy a new wardrobe and my diet is healthy so thought this the best option. I havnt lost weight just wee all the time so they are not slimming pills they are water tablets which, with some peolpe can be dangerous expecially if you biught the large pack to lose lots of weight. I do want a refund but more importantly I want to protect others especially those taht are buying the large packs from health problems aftyer taking them
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

after using their so called slimming pills with nil results I have tried to get a refund as promised, I have spoken to them twice on the phone and was told the money had gone into my account this was a lie, I tried to phone again today but they are now answering in a foreign voice, after seeing other complaints I guess I can say goodbye to my money, this company is a fraud
I have just checked their postal address this is false, so we can say goodbye to refunds

Also ordered some Lypoliss pills and they don't work although reading the information they were brilliant and loads of people had lost lots of weight! Took them as instructed and did'nt lose a lb, wrote to them to request a refund as promised and I'm still waiting! This is a farse company and must be making a fortune out of genuine people wanting to lose a bit of weight.
