Contacted Long Fence in January to replace security door. Still waiting for it to be installed properly. You can see where the old door was removed and there is a large gap between the door and the house. Have sent letters to the CEO, department heads and supervisors. Have made numerous phone calls, taken pictures and sent the pictures to them, Still no response, Still not right. The last letter was sent on Jun 4, 2015, with pictures of the problem area. Have not heard from them. Unlike most businesses, they do not have a customer service follow up phone call or survey. Once they have your money, they don't seem to care about anything else. We had to paint the door frame, because the installer told us he wasn't a contractor and would not be painting. Had to ask them to replace regular screws with security screws. Had to wait for them to order the security screws, why if they are installing a security door, do they show up without security screws. Very frustrated with their lack of response or responsibility for the work not being done correctly/professionally.
