Live4Support / Bad service.

For months, the announcement would pop up on my screen that my service "stands cancelled" and to reinstate it, I was to contact Live4Support. No other means of contact was indicated except the phone number. I called and paid for subscription. I soon discovered it was the usual to be put on hold for 20 or 30 minutes and therefore being charged accordingly. Bad service.
