Live Lean Today / Terrible customer service
The two men who run this website, which offers dietary supplements as well as "online" personal trainers, do not respond to phone calls or emails. I had to track down one of the numbers I've listed on another website; their "customer service" number is never answered and calls and emails are not returned. There is no upkeep to the website, and promotions advertising free shipping are false (the shipping is added after you hit the "OK" button to pay with your charge card). After I filed my complaint with the Better Business Bureau, I checked their status (which I should have done before purchasing from them) and discovered they've had 33 complaints filed against them in the last few months (poor service, product not received, false credit card charges, etc).
