I am a used car dealer in Bangor Maine and I drive myself 2 Fords- I buy wrecked car Ford Focus and run a body shop. I have bought over 40 of these cars since they came out in 2012 to 2016. As Ford Motor Co. know about the transmission (automatic) leaks oil and get on the Dual clutch and then it shutters. I have had to pay out of my pocket to fix 10 of the cars I sold because of this problem that Ford made--NOT ME- because of a BRANDED TITLE = Ford will not fix this. Well I am been working on cars for 50yrs and I think its very crazy for Ford not to fix the shutter problem instead out of my pocket. Just because the title is BRANDED its a easy way out for you guys.. BUT I see you will replace the TCM module and reset the TCM with a branded title..Does that make since.? How or what do I do to get heard in this matter or should I bring it up to the ATT. General office.
