DO NOT BUY DOGS FROM THIS MAN! Tiny Town Texas, Pretty Puppies of Texas or any website/dog breeder with any affiliation with James Kirk Newton is a bona fide puppy mill. My wife and I bought a puppy from this man and she is still a nervous wreck. She will not come near me at all even though I have never so much as even scolded her. The puppy shows all the characteristics of inbreeding and abuse.

Also, go to the humane society website and click on "report puppy mill" and share the sympotoms or illnesses or just suspicion of kirk newton owning a puppy mill factory. He has several websites and you can recognize most when he writes in caps "GOD BLESS". I dont know what God he thinks he knows, but it isnt the same God I know. Kirk is an evil man.
Lastly, PETA is another organization you can email. HEY! Just make one in depth email and copy and paste it to all 3 organizations to save yourself time, but most importantly to get the word out to as many people as you can. THIS MAN NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.
You know, he seemed genuine at first, he says "send us a photo of the pup every so often" and tries to be all sweet on the phone, but once you buy the dog he changes and doesnt care about a darn thing.
Help us, help these innocent animals and help stop the future heartbreak of innocent people just looking for a dog to love. Many of his dogs have genetic diseases due to inbreeding...a former worker for his "business" has witnessed dead mice in their water bowls, feces in their food, neglect of the puppies and crating them from birth until they are sold which in turn causes social issues and trauma to the dogs personality, as well as diseases from unclean environment. He is a slick character, be careful of his smooth "Godly man" talk, he is a wolf in sheep clothing.

I also bought a puppy from this man that was "show" quality. She grew to be nine pounds and had a floppy ear. I paid 1000.00 dollars for her and after complaining to him for some time, he offered to take her back. I said no way...she is part of the family. He offered me another chi for free to compensate for his under judgment. She was a long coat but when I picked her up at a Walmart parking lot (naïve at the time) he said that she was AKC registered but he had forgotten her papers. I went after him for over four years for her papers and never got them. I put a grievance in with AKC but they said his ex wife Tracy was saying it was her dog. I registered her CKC and bred her with my stud. She had a pup that looks like a Papillon and if I am not mistaken he breeds them too. Ultimately I didn't get any papers for her. And yes, he always says God Bless at the end of his statements. He had the nerve to get nasty with me even though I was rightfully asking for something that belonged to me.

My name is Amy and I was also a victim of Kirk’s sick dogs, I bought Deuce my chihuahua from him in 2008, and he passed away suddenly in 2013 at just 5 & 1/2 years old. I was so hurt over losing him that I never looked into it until now (only after I got my new puppy a week ago) it took me 5 years to bring myself to get another dog, and I finally googled Tiny Town Texas and found tons of complaints about him and I would like more information if you have anything... my email is amylitson27@gmail.com please let me know if there’s anything I can do to help keep him from continuing this sick behavior
Kirk is now paying the price for all the wrong he has done.He is being sued in District Court in Texas.
Will all of you please pray that God will see this through.
The vet he uses in Edgewood, Tx is also in on this scam. A few weeks after we received our Chihuahua puppy he started developing spots on his skin and was lethargic. We called the vet Kirk uses and the vet said impossible that this dog had a thyroid issue. Well, he did and had to take meds until he died of cardiac arrest at 2 yrs of age. Good job, Kirk. Animal abusers always rot in hell, oh, and God Bless.

So far he has not paid any price for his sins against human or animal beings, but the fat lady has not yet sang.
He is now back to the Upholstery which is where he should stay, but he can't pass up a fast buck even at any expense.

Yep...Kirk Newton is a piece of human garbage...both dogs I bought from him died within a year of each other from heart disease. I told him that but he still keep breeding the same dogs for the next year. I'm not worried about him if the courts won't help because KARMA never forgets and ALWAYS gets even.

i am so glad that people are getting the word out! I paid for a maltese for my daughter's birthday present and the poor dog died the next day. He walked backwards on day one and vet said that he died from parvo. I called Kirk to warn him for his other dogs, but he said that he never ever had a parvo problem. He seemed to think that the parvo was from our house- our brand new house that never ever had a dog in it. My two children are scared from this experience!

I did ask for forgiveness too - Think my sins have been repented. God said 3 sentences to me. The most elaborate clearest sentences ever heard. Instantly every thing made sense.
Then a shooting star went over.
I do NOT remember what that resonating voice said to me. The voice was a Man's voice. I was unable to speak back to Him; there was no need - I understood what needed to be done. This is what I Received from Him in those 3 sentences.

2. I Have a purpose - not sure what that is but He told me what it is.
3. And most important every thing will be ok.

I left a message for Deborah and Monday I will contact the Van Zandt Co. Sheriff's office. I hope this evil creature can be prosecuted and his dogs rescued. And yes, he always said "God Bless". Well, God needs to bless HIS black soul.
Gloria Anderson here; Kirk Newton sold me 2 chihuahua siblings in April of 08. The male died on year later of pulmonary stenosis and his sister died one year after that of pulmoary adema. My female was always very freightened even of me; this told me quite alot about her early months in Kirk Newton's "care". I sent Kirk the necropsy of the male to make him aware of the problems with Chato's "parents" and to please take them out of the breeding pool. Last I looked, they were still on his website as "parents" of puppies. Kirk NEVER responded to the necropsy report that I e-mailed. Yhat tells me more then words could ever say! This man beloongs in a dark place. He is evil incarnate and he is not a "breeder", he is an upholstery repairman. When Lily and Chato arrived at my house they were screwy little dogs. Chato got over it but Lily was emotionally scarred til the day she died. I want this man in JAIL and his dogs rescued.
