J&J Auto Transport / Auto Shipping

1 15435 s main St Gardena CalifGardena, CA, United States Review updated:

On Dec 12, 2015 my daughter contracted through Mercury Auto from Florida to transport her 2010 Nissan from Calif to Mass. Mercury sub contracted out to JJ Auto from Gardena Ca. Original delivery date was Dec 23, 2015. As of today Jan 9, 2016 the car has still not been delivered. They refuse to tell us where the car is, have lied several time as to the where a bouts of the car. Several people have called us and given conflicting information. I have filed a complaint with FMCSA. My next stop is the police station.

I have 100 texts that I am going to print for backup from JJ Auto Transport. My car was due to be delivered to Raleigh NC from LA in 5-7 days and it took 4 WEEKS! I have all of the lies in print format and the driver who delivered my vehicle disputes what and where they said he was. I hope you reported the car stolen!! Filing a small claims court lawsuit for fees and rental car charges which (in writing) they say they would reimburse me for. Filing with the AG of California as well as the BBB. Royal Transportation was the broker. Don't use either one of them!
