Jims Plumbing review: Over priced 1

Inquired about changing old toilet for new, was quoted $73 to come out and $47 every half hour, thinking it would not take long i agreed, plumber came did the job two hours later, he gave me the bill with extra cost total $592.02, thats not including the new toilet which i bought.I rung Jims was told $47 every 15 mins and i had to pay for materials, i did not hear that part or i would of said no.One person for a two hour job NO WAY.
