I am writing this out to let people know what kind of place John Casablancas is. When I worked there I was not able to tell people the truth about anything. The company tells everyone that they have 12 spaces available to get them to come in, when in fact they have unlimited space. They have plenty of space they just say that to create a since of urgency so they can close the sale. They make people think that they are at the office to see if they would want to work with them as models or actors, when really they are only trying to sign you for classes. Even if you have had training they will tell you that you need more. They may have you take a test to see if you have had the training you say, this is the same test the students take to graduate (Even the students who went threw the JC training don’t pass that test.) Roger Rose tells people that he has never signed anyone who did not make all there money back ($2,250.) In the time that I worked at the San Diego office I never saw anyone make that money back. Almost all of the "jobs" the models get are non paying jobs; Roger says that it’s for experience. When people sign for classes Roger will say anything to get you to sign. He will say you can work with the company to help pay for your classes, but there is almost no work and hundreds of scouts trying to help pay off there classes. After an open house they will always have everyone come back, but schedule everyone at different times so they don’t see the other people from the day before. If you are willing to pay then John Casablancas will except you into there programs. This company is a complete rip off, all they want is our money and they give nothing in return. The classes are menial and unstructured. It seams that the teachers are just trying to fill up the 3 hour minimum for each class. I have heard several instructors talking in privet about how difficult it is to make the class last the full 3 hours. There were a lot of complaints about not being paid on time or not being paid at all for jobs that they preformed. I feel that this company has ripped me off and thousands of others don’t help this company get rich off of you or anyone else who has a dream of modeling or acting.

I prepared my self showering preparing my best clothing available as I'm living in this transitional status at this point of my life. Truthfully I love to travel. I've made it through to the second interview. I had the first group interview this past Thursday, August 2, 2012 7:00 O'clock PM . I was selected for a return interview this really lifted my hopes and mood. the interview was scheduled for this morning Saturday Aug. 4, 2012 at 9:45 AM. Memphis TN. It was during this interview I was selected for the position out of two or four that was needed. All though I would need to have some training. Which I was interested in also I hoped to be able to work off the cost of the registration and photo fees and was informed it doesn't work like that. to be Included with the Private Modeling Agency John Casablanca's Modeling & Career Center I was told Due today there was a total registration fee of 1, 895.00 includes 3 Yrs of Unlimited coaching / Training and other etc... etc... There are about 4 different payment a... arrangements plans. The cheaper of which I believe was about $200.00 the second was $500.00 Down today and about 50.00 per session for 22 secession of training covering everything to personal development and Modeling and acting: Walking, Poise, Nails, Makeup, Designing clothes, Black and White Photo Shoot, and Color Photo Shoot, Portfolio, and Runway Training, ETC... ~ Samuel

I've had quite a bit of sales experience I've sold everything under the sun. And the experiences for me at John Casablanca's Modeling & Acting Center Seems to me is like this to make a long story short: Is a buyer beware type of product. One that you have to have the mind set, time and energy and access to the money to invest in to your own future. Not to accept any excuses. You have to really want to cut straight through and make the product work, if it's going to be of any good. You might get out of it what you put into it. So I have to disagree so far however I haven't made any payments so I figure I probably wont be making it any further with that agency right now.

I'd like to say to the young all the people this is 2012 talent, your trying to build, a competitive edge. You got to be willing to do the work yourself no ones going to be able to do it for you.

we went there one night, they call us on the next day saying that we being select for modeling and acting. Then right there she told us to pay for the classes $ 2.250.00, and say that we can not work with then with out the class. Thas scare me a lot . The is a lot of companys that do that just for the money. For this reason we decide to do not come back there. 08/2011

I was a model and just to let u people know. They don't ask for money off the bat they take it out of your pay. John Casablancas ask for $240 for a class plus more money for a class every Sat that you have to take this class. They make everyone take this same class even when that don't need them. I know I been there and told them they were a big fat scam. So if you people want to set there and let them tell u lies. Why don't you ask them to let you talk to a representive and see what happens.

Have you ever thought that maybe just maybe you didn't have what it took for the auditions that you went to. It takes more than just one day or a month or two. Sometimes a year. Or maybe you just are not trying hard enough. Don't blame John Casablancas for your down falls. If you are doing what they trained you to do then get out there and hussle. Don't just sit there and wait for the jobs to come to you. You have to work for it. These jobs are not going to be just handed to you, you must work for it. Stop your stupid whinning and do something positive and use your training.
