jamin leather overcharged me on shipping. it tokk many calls and months to get the money back. then they shipped unordered items to me and billed for them. again, more hassle getting them to take back the item, return my money. they did not return the shipping costs on the unordered item until the credit card company stepped in. the credit card company recommended blocking them from further card use, which i did.

I order a jacket from JaminLeather and thought it was a return that they re-packed and shipped to me. It does not match the photo on the website or catalog, but they insist my order is correct. The Chat System is an excuse system and they cannot help you! The deny any wrong doing on their part, but I can't return it as don't have the tags as they were so worn and faded I cut them off and threw them away. I am stuck and they don't care! My refund on a prior return is still pending and who knows where that is.
