The company JACKSON LEWIS LAW ASSOCIATES is rubbish and scamming company. They try to malign innocent person and trick out of his money. I received email from them, where they blamed me in some affairs, which I never made. Also they threaten me and my family. I just wanted to find other people, who received such emails. We need to stop these ### or they can ruin our lives. Please, contact me or post comments.

Well, I'm in the same boat as others just had an email from this Jeff Foster claiming to be from Jackson Lewis Associate and threatened me with taking me to court and so forth. This is not the only scammer I've had to deal with. ACS Law group is another one to watch out for claiming that I never payed a payday loan back so their suing. I guess these scammers don't understand that one needs to send verification papers before they can lean law suits against someone.

I just received an email from them. The man told me the same thing. I told him that he would need to provide proof that the money was deposited into my bank account. Other than that I would not pay for anything. Same $300.00. He named many payday loan companies. When I asked for the proof he told me to wait for the legal documents and hung up on me. First thing I am doing is contacting the credit bureaus to place an alert and I am also contacting the authorities to file a complaint. What is anyone esle doing in the matter? Please advise.

My name is brent and im dealing with them right now. Actually they threatened me saying the cops will be at my house in 45mins to arrest me. My only concern is my ss number that they obtain. Im assuming they got yours too? What do I do to protect myself since they have that number?

I could not agree more, but I do not know how. My job (which is with a very well known health care company), is in jeopardy because they somehow got not MY number... but my boss' desk phone number! Have called her number repeatedly saying I am in legal trouble and they are taking me to court for a $300 loan that was deposited into my account within the last year. Now... I dont even have a bank account! So, good try guys. But, I have contacted the attorney general by phone, email, and finally sent in the formal consumer complaint form... so fingers crossed that this comes to an end soon.
