Jacklin Enterprises review: This is tantamount to fraud in my opinion

Long story short, I ordered 4 binders from supplier. In have been chased from pillar to post.The consultants do not deal with the non-delivery, other than to pass the ball along. To get priority mail as was suggested I even deposited an amount for this and was promised speedy delivery. I am still waiting and have demanded a refund and no one deals with the issue. This is tantamount to fraud in my opinion. The lack of follw-through, accountablilty, service is disgusting. The only intermittent response is either a call or an email apologising and it will be attended to, they keep saying 28-30 days to deliver, it is way over this AND I had to pay PRIORITY MAIL.
