I posted a Job in job listing site, he bidded on the project, I asked him for some examples, he procedded in showing me other peoples work, claiming he did them. asked him a lot of question he resulted in consitently showing me other peoples work.
he said he was going to do the job under 30 days, as such that i should pay him advance, Before he could start the job.. i told him my concern, been that i might get scammed, he said no that i am dealing with a company no problem. I PAID .
after weeks i discovered he was not answering my questions anymore on skype . eevry time he comes up with lame stories .
till date same goes.. I have asked him to refund my money, he refuses. he has not provided me any service or goods, yet he felt confortable to take my money, telling me i can do nothing.

When we signed the contract, with Mr Shesh Pratap Singh and Mr Mr. Muffadal Saifee, I personally went to your company's office and the wire transfer of the initial deposit was made to the bank account named, Incarnate Software Solution Pvt. Ltd which already bound us in a legal contract with the company and not the two individuals we signed the contract with.
Now, I'm not sure where you got your management degree from, but the way company law works is, if you take over a company from a predecessor, you gain control of all their assets as well as outstanding liabilities so you may spin the wheel whichever way you want with your aforementioned jargon but we're going to burn your a s s in court for scamming people, it's not about the money it's for you crooks having wasted our time and efforts. So you better lawyer up coz the moment I come back to India, we're coming for you.

- Vipin Shukla from Indore, India (Skype "bhaveshjw"), former developer at Incarnate Software Solution Pvt. Ltd, and also Analyst at Info Grains
I submitted a project for a very simple module for my Joomla website. The project was submitted via freelancer.com and those 2 thieves asked me for the money upfront (my mistake! I lost nearly $700). Vipin Shukla (the so-called developper or should I rather say scammer) provided me a module full of bugs which is not working at all. A friend of mine who is a very good developer looked at the code and he could not stop laughing as it was completely wrong, and not respecting any development standards.
Do not trust those 2 scammers as they will ask you for the money upfront and they will deliver you unprofessional solution. Also it seems that they do not know what the term "deadline" means. They are constantly delaying projects giving surrealistic excuses (festivals in india, developers on holidays, personal issues, etc., there is always a good reason not to work with them!)..
Be careful and avoid those 2 people like hell. If you need more details, please contact me and I will send you all the Skype conversations I had with them so that you can see by yourself how they handle client' queries!

I am attaching the contract you signed with the freelancer with his name and signature, No one with this name is associated with us. Mr. Shesh Pratap Singh and Mr. Muffadal Saifee is not working with us. You have signed the contract with them so please contact them regarding your project. You didn't signed Contract with the current owner of the Company Mr. Yodhraj Patel (Director) or Mr. Amit Holkar (CEO). We have attached the agreement copy that you sent to us as a proof that you have signed a contract with us. This contract shows that you signed the contract with the previous owner's of the company. Now the company is over taken by the New Owner Mr. Yodhraj patel. So all the previous project will be handled by the previous owners Mr. Shesh Pratap Singh Who own's a company http://www.idealogicsoftware.com/ and Mr. Ajay Shukla Who own's a new company http://www.infograins.com/
Please check the attachment, this shows Mr. Akash Ahandra signed contract with Mr. Shesh Pratap Singh and Mr. Muffadal Saifee. Not with Mr. Amit Holkar (CEO Incarnate software solutions) and Mr. Yodhraj Patel (Director incarnate software solutions pvt ltd.)
So all this complaints are not valid, this is just to influence our current Market reputation.

Incarnate Software Solution Pvt. Ltd is a crooked company. They took our project with the promise of finishing it within 3-4 months and asked for 20% payment upfront. They hardly ever updated us about any developments on the project. Couple of months later we were told that company was going through some hierarchical changes and they needed to renegotiate the terms of our contract. At which point they said the project will take another 10-12 months as they hadn't started working on it yet and the cost of completion would be double of what was initially agreed upon. We naturally found it unacceptable and asked for our money back as they hadn't done anything yet, at which point they refused to return our money stating that the management has changed, even though we have proof of electronic money transfer to the company's business account.
Their executives are highly unprofessional in the way they communicate with the clients and do not even have a common courtesy to reply to client emails on time or at all.
Our experience with the company was worse than getting scammed, as they not only ripped us off money but also delayed our project by over 60 days, not to mention the additional men-hours we put in to contact and co-ordinate with them as we are in different time zones. I don't really write any reviews online like this, but these guys just pushed me beyond my threshold, and I don't want anyone else to suffer like us.
Don't be misled by the other 5 star reviews you see online, I'm sure they're written by one of their employees to enhance their online presence. So do yourselves a favour and stay away from this company.
Lary984, who are you I never deal with you on any project, why you posted my name, are you kidding me?
What the hell you are talking about, they want work but don't want to pay the money, They are outsourcers, They know exactly how to deal with freelancers and how to cheat them, we clearly delivered everything as per there needs but they keep changing the requirements and want more and more work but don't want to give more money.
I fully disagree to this post. I can provide all the necessary proof's that we complete there work as per there needs.

I posted a project on a famous freelancer website and I made the mistake of accepting the bid of Incarnate Software Solution.
They took weeks to deliver the product and it was not working at all, full of bugs, absolutely useless, none of my instructions were respected! Their developers are clearly incompetent and unprofessional. They were constantly delaying the project, always finding some ridiculous excuses. And after months they completely stopped communications with me.
I lost 700 USD because of them. The delivered product is not working at all>
DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. Especially Amit Holkar, he is a thief.
