Had a trial of the Ignite Naturals cell therapy seeing it is applied over the phone, was told I would receive it in 5 days. I didn’t receive the trial for 3 weeks and I had to phone them to explain I was going overseas and that I could not trial the product and return it before the trial ended which was 16 days. They didn’t answer and now I get charges from them every month. I should change my card.
Had the same issues with them. Placed an order, they charge my card. One month later they never shipped me the product. Call after call after call no answer. Only VM. I called all hours of the day too. Emails? No response. I called my credit card company and explained to them what happened along with the proof. I don't understand how a supposed an Athlete/Model such as Angela Durazo can promote such a business that is intentionally ripping people off. Was so anxious to try too, but I will stick to my Hammer Nutrition Tissue Rejuvenator. If you haven't tried it. You must. And their customer support is amazing. Ignite Naturals Ignited nothing but disappointment for me.
I placed an order on Aug. 15th and my card was charged on Aug. 18th 2014. I waited anxiously for my product, a week went by and still no product received, another week went by and still nothing.. I called the customer service number several times and nobody answers, i left
voicemails and nobody returned my calls. I sent them 5 emails and still nobody replied. it has now been three weeks and still no product or contact from customer service. I finally called my bank and explained to them what happened, they opened a fraud case and my bank was nice enough to reimburme my money. What a dissapointment from Ignite naturals i was really looking forward to try their product. I wonder if they went out of business? buy why keep on accepting order?
I ordered roughly 300 dollars in merchandise in my first month with them...The first order came as advertised, no problems. The second I never received. I emailed them twice, called them twice in as many days and never received a response of any kind. I now call them every day and I only get voicemail. There is no one there to speak with me. They do not seem to care to help their customers out. I'd advice using a product with a company that cares about your business, not someone who takes your money and says your on your own.
