Ideal Dental And Orthodontics / I find this office customer service is a failure

I encountered an issue with the office manager, Ashley, in the Garland office. I was promised a FREE teeth cleaning and it was scheduled for the next year. Ashley refused to honor the "FREE" service and she indicated she is now the office manager and the rule has changed. I find that very dishonorable. I complaint to the Dr. Alles via email and request other offices to send him the message, and he did not respond.

Dr. Alles owner of several dental office around the DFW metroplex. I am very surprised at the no correspondent from a doctor. I called the Garland office and ask "Ashley" to refund the amount in my account and send me the account summary of all my family members. Ashley gave me very difficult time and has a very tactical attitude. I still have not receive anything yet. I am really disappointed in the office the way how they handle the customer service. There was no one to talk to or complaint to other than the Dr. Alles. But if he is occupied nothing get answered. Ashley refused for me to talk to the Doctor who is on site. I find this office customer service is a failure.

    I went to Ideal Dental Friday 21st and was told I needed a cap. When I left the office I couldn't feel anything. 6 hours later I experienced a horrible pain that lasted through Christmas Day. They didn't get me in until the 27tj. I had been in such great pain because no one ever put on a temporary cap! Go figure, it ruined my entire Christmas. I paid half on the 21st and was suppose to pay half the 31st, but what do you know; they took it out on the 29th. Please do not go to this office in Garland! I've never been so mad about a dental experience inu life and I'm 51.
