What a joke this company Hydra Flask is. Saw their website and wanted more information. Called 2 times and left messages. Received one phone call back from customer service Cindy who I couldn't understand at all, almost like she had distractions around her and couldn't concentrate on customer service on the phone. Prices they listed online were not what was quoted to me. Couldn't verify shipping charges or dates for shipping. Felt they were very disorganized, so just advice to them to get a grip on their website as thats what people will be calling about.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I have the same problem. I have purchased from them previously and have been happy with my purchase. Now when I google 'hydraflask' all I get is deferred to other "hydro flask" sites- very annoying!
Yes, I had a great experience with them and am trying to find them to buy more stainless steel bottles from them but they seem to have disappeared. I wonder if that was because of your message? What a pity because I'd really like some more of their bottles.
Somehow, unfortunately, your complaint has made it to #2 on the Google rankings when you search 'hydraflask'. I have purchased several bottles from this company and their products and customer service are excellent. They appear to be a small, home run business, not a large company, so I think it's quite unfair of you to expect them to provide the sort of attention that you were seeking. Also, they are based in Queensland, Australia, and so I imagine that they mostly sell to Australian clients, so of course your enquirey about shipping to the US was a bit out of left field for them. I recommend Hydraflask highly to all Australians who want an excellent product at a fair price, from a small Australian business.
