I recently had the misfortune of having some money stolen through a web-site, . Fortunately, I have kept a full audit trail of this fraud. One of the people involved, 'Lily' ([protected] refuses to communicate with me on the issue. This is the first time I have ever been duped while doing business over the internet.

While people accept there are fraud sites out there, it is very hard to accept that sovereign authorities in a few nations refuse to anything about this. I have certainly not encountered such things in nations like Germany, Switzerland, Japan nor even the US. I don't see why there should be lesser standards for a great nation such as China. Such fraud implicitly dishonours a nation where authorities refuse to take action. I am sure this would be unacceptable to people of your stature. Especially as such things damage the sovereign and commercial reputation of such nations involved.

I bring this matter to your attention, since you are well placed given your national responsibilities to request that action be taken. Please keep me informed of any progress. I would be happy to discuss this matter at any stage with you. Clearly this is a matter of principal, its not about a small amount of money.

Thank you for any assistance you may be able to bring on this set of unfortunate circumstances. I hope to see you in Queensland one day.

I will be alerting all authorities in China, seeking shut-down of this theft operation. This is an embarrasment to any nation to tolerate such thieves.

PayPal have been contacted. They will email me soon with contact details. I will be letting them know you are running a fraud/ theft operation with your web-site at unless you either refund or ship the goods immediately. This will prevent anyone in the world sending you money though PayPal.

I will also be contacting the Chinese authorities (including the Chinese Chamber of Commerce and the Police) to have the site shut-down, unless I hear from you by tomorrow, along with Western Union.

    Are you for real????

    Trying to buy a REPLICATED watch, which is a crime for even trying to buy it.
    Then, when they don't deliver, you cry and blame them for being criminals.

    Secondly, all the Chinese officials you tried to contact (such as the chair of the mining chamber in AU) have nothing to do with these websites, as they are busy with, well, MINING! Funny you think they will help you get your money back for trying to buy counterfeit products.

    Then you start saying that, these scams don't happen in countries such as Germany, Japan, ...
    So, you know China sells counterfeit products, which is illegal. Then you try to buy anyway, which is illegal. Then you cry. And you try to contact people who have no relation to replicated products.

    Seriously, are you for real????
