This individual continually sent me advertising emails over the years. I would just delete and move on. Today I received one and sent him a message requesting, very politely, that he remove my name from his system. I did not wish to receive emails from him any longer. His response was less than the "charming" response that I received. Emails went back and forth, however, his last email was entirely sexist and I am going to report him to several authorities that he conducts his mortgage business with.

"Juggie", instead of carrying on and getting into email exchanges, why don't you just ad him to the blocked senders list in your email or to spam? Sounds like you were looking for a fight and got one. Pete Fajkowski is an excellent mortgage professional and is the most non-sexist guy I know. People like you, who run all over the place trying to talk bad about others, are called haters. I have and will continue to do all my mortgages with Pete Fajkowski.
