Hindiflix.com / Avoid this company and not even sign up for their fake trial period

I had signed up with HindiFlix for a 14 day trial period of DVD rental on 8/29/2006. I canceled the service before the trial period ended on 9/11/2006. They still charged me $19.95 indicating that my trial period had ended on 9/10/2006. I am not sure how they got to that date.

They not only charged me once but twice. When I asked them to refund both charges, they said that they were only aware of one charge and that they were not going to refund it.

So, in effect they charged me the highest fee for a 1-month rental service when I had actually used their service for only 14 days.

They have a poor collection of movies and even more pathetic mailing times. My advice to any unsuspecting customer is to avoid this company and not even sign up for their fake trial period.

    I have been a member of Hindiflix for 1 year, and they are the best. I got a 14 day free trial. When I had a problem, of slow deliveries i emialed thier customer service, and they were very helpfull!! At teh end i found out it was not Hindiflix fault for the delivery, but the post office was delaying. I got it solved after going to the post office with teh oringial post mark date and questioning them why it took so long.

    I think Hindiflix is the best, and not sure why you had problems with them. I have many other freinds with htem, and they are wihtout problems, too.

    I agree, their service is pathetic. I haven't come across such customer service. They charged me twice for last month and when asked, I still didn't get any response.

    They also have poor collections. I also doubt their collection list.

    Better to cancel and save $16.

    I too had similar experiences. Delay in getting movies - I contacted customer support via email and got a response that I was requesting the latest movies which were in demand. Getting billed twice - I have yet to hear back from customer support on this.

    Does anyone have a number that I can call to talk to customer support?

    I used HindiFlix for 5 months and there cusomter service is very bad and way over priced...I just found another indian rental site which is alot better in everyway than HindiFlix...A1Bollywood is the name of the site and their prices are also alot better and you get more movies and they have trailers...I even tired Zdag as well their website really SUCKS!!! I work alot and I live in Aspen so not many places to find indian dvds so I have no other option then to find rental sites online..and A1Bollywood.com is the best indian rental site out in my opion check it out...

    I just wanna say hindiflix.com s*cks big time guys...I was scammed for about two months of membership fees (about $36) ...long story so cant discuss over here...and more over they never have movies in stock.

    Hindiflix is the worst rental company I have ever dealt with. I had very very bad experience with them. They are the shameless bunch of money suckers looking f or the reason to extract money from their customers.

    I am so much pissed off with this company that I am regulary going to write about them and also keep on updating Hindiflix about their poor, no class service.

    Overcharge for everything,
    DVDs on top of the lists never comes
    DVDs are unplayable. When I complaint, they said that I should tell them that DVD is unplayable as if I am working for those jack*ss.

    Horrible ! In one words thats all I can say, Hindiflix cheats almost everyone with their simple scam.Once you can cancel the'll keep charging after that and will never respond to your emails, after few months they say you haven't returned a dvd, please don't fall for this scam..they are awful people without ethics.

    Hindiflix sucks . It is 1000% true that their services are suck
    but it is also dangerous to sign in because they ask you to accept a certificate which can allow frauds to get your personal and confidential information. Please do not accept any kind of certificate.
    When you try to contact these freaks they never reply.
    Please read these reviews before signing up with HINDIFLIX.COM.

    I have had a horrible time with Hindiflix. half the movie i got either didn't work or were cracked. I am trying to cancel my membership but don't see any option to do so.
    I have sent 4 emails in the last 4 days to customer service and have yet to hear from them. I have also left my phone number on the email but have not yet received a call.

    I have probably bearly got 2 good movies out of a whole month's worth of fees.

    There is no customer service number on teh website where I can call to make sure my membership gets cancelled.

    I wish i had read these reviews before i signed up for the trial. even for hte trial, i tried to cancel the last day of my 14-day trial and they had already charged for the next month. they couldn't refund me the money back so they re-activated my account. I wish i woudl have just let it get cancelled, all it woudl have cost me is $20 and be done with it.

    I am the recent scape goat of this company. Terrible. Arrogant and unethical people. I felt skeptical at the beginning before I provided my card details and I chose not to after registering. After couple of days I got an email from the Customer Service that I had visited their website and didn't sign up for the membership. So I thought they are being genuine in the business and provided my card info. The same day they deducted 21.95 and it's been almost 2 weeks and not even one single movie I got so far. I sent them 3 emails so far and no response yet and more than a week since I sent my first email. When a company can contact be to become a member in 24 hrs after registering my info why does it take more than a week to update me on the status. Something FISHY. Please don't become a member of this site and it's A FRAUDULENT one.
