The staff here cannot be trusted. They make promises they are unable to keep. Contacted on several occassions regarding wedding flowers and never got a reply back. The owner, Paul Cormier is impossible to get a hold of and never did anything to ammend the errors of his staff. Overall, a bad experience with this floral company.
I have used Mr Cormier's services many times and recommended him to many of my clients and EVERYONE without exception has been thrilled and grateful for the referral and exposure to a fresh way of looking at flowers. I would never hesitate to suggest his art to a client. It is distressing to me to see that any wack job can post a complaint without verification and be taken as fact. Read anything online as opinion, including this, not as reality. Mr Cormier and H2O have always been professional and pleasant but ultimately astoundingly artful and generous with their designs. He has raised floral arrangement to an art form and we should be grateful in this city to have him amongst us.
Instead of swallowing the negative bunk, go down to the store on Queen st and check it out instead of believing my rant or the others as well...cheers
Strongly agree with the first complaint. Paul is an unstable individual who yelled screamed and cried when we told him that we were not interested in spending what he proposed. He was in hysterics telling us that he wanted to be friends afterward. Avoid Mr. Cormier at all costs! He is a lunatic and a criminal!

As a bride-to-be who has been working with H20 Floral Studio for over 2 months now, I really must strongly disagree with your complaint, above. Paul's care, concern and respect for customers (as well as respecting their budgets) is incredible.
Never once did I have problems reaching him. Never once have I doubted in his ability. In fact, I am extremely confident that on my wedding day (later this month!), things will turn out amazingly well.
I must admit, I am not a big flower person, I just like things to look beautiful, and after meeting with many florists, I finally found one -H20 Floral Studio - that actually listened to what i wanted: just something beautiful. Paul & staff took the time to explain different flowers to me, they were so patient with me and they were very open to listening to my ideas as well. Making things look great is their specialty! Their attention to detail is like no other - AND THIS is what i was looking for! For me, it's all about the details.
I also found it very easy to get along with the owner, Paul. He's only got your best interest at heart because at the end of the day, it's HIS name that is out there on your wedding day. It's his name that will be recommended. It's his name that will be praised :)
I'll be sure to work with Paul in the future!
