I’m really frustrated and dissatisfied for the manager on duty for 19.05.2015. Let me tell all the incident happened systematically.
I have finished my movie and I found my phone left in the cinema. I went back and asked the staffs to help. It’s highly possible the cleaners who took the phone away (since it was the last show and fewer people watching the movie, and we were the only customers sitting the 5th row and the rest just sat above us), yet the manager in charge seemed to neglect his duties to help! GSC is an entertainment-based-on company. Sure it must help every customer isn’t it? Nonetheless, the manager failed to complete his basic responsibility.
I understand clearly that it was my fault to leave a phone there. But I rushed back immediately. It was just within 30-45minutes only. The phone was lost and I couldn’t find it anymore. I turned to the manager in charged that night yet he, the manager in charge, just choose to believe the cleaners WITHOUT further investigating. I asked him to at least searched the cleaners, in case they took it away, we managed to STOP further criminal. BUT, the manager just believed him. He even LIED to me saying the guy was a long-time worker here but in REAL, he was telling lie. The worker was a 2 months newbie!!! I didn’t suspect him, yet at least we can stop any possible if they really took my phone. From the CCTV I saw with the police officers, it clearly showed the cleaners highly possibly took it since there was NO ONE else passing our seats.
If the manager on duty did his part, WILL this happen? We sure can avoid such incident! I really felt sad for the case. He should have done his responsibility but not just finding excuse to get rid of a customer who was in trouble!!! And now, my phone really found nowhere. It was the MANAGER giving a chance to the two cleaners to take the phone away from GSC and making it even harder to find back!!! Why he choose to let them go by merely believe what they said? They were NEW and possibly did crime. Some more, the manager even telling me that the staffs will put what they found in the office. In fact, they didn’t! How GSC trained their staffs?! A manager telling lie and cleaner who will just take away what customers left? Can GSC handle this news if I reported it??!! I will find reporter and reported in every newspaper for sure!
I want the manager to bear his responsibility for making the mistake harder to mend. If he couldn’t get the two cleaners to admit and get my phone back, I sure will sue him! Now the 2cleaners had been arrested. You still have time to correct your mistakes. If not, you will soon receive the letter from my lawyer. I won’t simply forgive GSC and the irresponsible manager.
