I don't know where to begin. All I can say if you want a rusted, completely disassembled, damaged, missing parts, inaccurate installation instructions, poor quality chandellier then purchase anything for Great chandeliers or Spectrum Lighting. They are absolutely scandelous. After I put up such a fight to return a duplicate order, they finally agreed to pay for the shipping primarly because the other light I felt forced to keep was completely damaged and in poor quality. However, I had already paid an electrician $250 to install it! It was cheaper to keep it than to return it. The customer service is pathetic. I am really to upset and too disappointed to write more. However, I would suggest you never consider purchasing anything from this company.

I too have had problems with great chandeliers.com. Recently, I was sent a fixture with a missing branch. To add insult to injury, the fixture itself was a cheaper one than the one I had actually bought. In fact, it was so different from what was represented on the website, that it was ridiculous. When I called customer service, they said that the manufacturer sometimes changes a feature or two on the chandeliers. I told the representative that they should then change the picture on the website, so as to adequately reflect what was being purchased. A manager then got on the phone, but was of no help. She offered to get the missing part and give me a $50 refund. I said that $50 was far less than the price difference between the two chandeliers. Nevertheless, the chandelier was already up, and I had already paid an electrician. Plus, I had already wasted a considerable amount of time, stressing over this absurd situation. I accepted the refund, which I have yet to see, and I am still waiting for the missing chandelier part. This has got to be illegal!
