GoldenCasino.com has been scamming customers for a while now. They drag their feet when it comes to paying anyone the money owed to them and have a nerve to charge an extra 35$$ to expedite a withdrawal only to find myself 3 weeks later still waiting for payment. I've also experience a situation where i am not even getting credited to my account properly any wins that i occur. Their customer service dept is very inadequate and unresponsive in most issues I've had with them. My suggestion is to avoid this site and do your online gaming elsewhere good luck to all.

I RECENTLY WON $2700.00 ON A SLOT MACHINE AT GOLDENCASINO.COM.
AFTER PLAYING FOR SEVERAL DAYS I WAS ELATED. I HAD MY WINNINGS
OVER $3000.00 AND DECIDED TO WITHDRAW $2600.00.
I RECEIVED AN EMAIL THAT MY WAGERING REQUIREMENTS WERE NOT MET,
THAT THE FUNDS WERE BEING RETURNED TO MY CASINO ACCOUNT. AFTER
BEING LOCKED OUT OF MY ACCOUNT, I HAD TO CALL TECHNICAL SUPPORT
WHERE I WAS INFORMED BY FLOOR MANAGER ERIK THAT MY WINNINGS WERE
BEING VOIDED ALTOGETHER BECAUSE I PLAYED SOME TABLE GAMES ALSO
THAT EVENING.
REMEMER... I WON ON A SLOT MACHINE.
THEY NEVER INTENDED TO PAY A BIG PAYOUT, THEY JUST CAME UP WITH
ALTERNATIVE WAY NOT TO HONOR A BIG PAYOUT WHEN IT SLIPPED THROUGH
THEIR DETECTION.PLAYERS BEWARE WHEN WAGERING AT GOLDENCASINO.COM.
YOU'RE PADDING THEIR POCKETS WITHOUT ANY CHANCE OF A RETURN.
GOLDENCASION.COM IS A SCAM!

Golden Casino.Com has to be one of the worse online casinos I have ever played. I've never had a problem with Golden Palace Casino. I won 1, 000 before and received it quite promptly. Of course that was about 9 years ago, so I am not sure how there rules for American players have changed since them. If anyone knows, please post any new comments.

GoldenCasino is a total fraud and completely unfair casino in any way you want to look at it. They do not at all abid by the "Laws of Average" or random results in their games. I being an experienced roulette player and knowing the odds of probability, have never seen such ridiculous game results, especially in roulette. These are the facts about probability in roulette, one of the best methods to winning is the double your bet strategy where every time you lose you double on the next bet. This system would work swiftly in a walk in casino even if they cheat there as well...which is why it isn't allowed in a walk in casino. By true random means lets say you bet using this strategy and bet $1.00 on red and lost, there was a 50% chance of it landing on either of the 2 colors, for the next bet you bet it's double $2.00 and lost, there was a 75% chance it would land on your color, next would be $4.00 there's a 87.5% chance you'd win, next would be $8.00 theres a 93.75% you'd win, and it goes on like this until you bet the maximum $300.00, $16.00 a 96.87% chance, $32.00 a 98.43% chance, $64.00 a 99.22% chance, $128.00 a 99.61% chance, and finally the 9th time in a row and last you can double up $256.00 a 99.80% chance of winning. The result ever losing over 9 bets in a row by the "Laws of Average" is extremely rare, but by GoldenCasino it happens all the time, I have seen the ball land on a single number 4 times in a row! And the same color result 27 times in a row a few times! They do not abid by the "Laws of Average", they cheat and alter the results and thats the bottom line, do not trust your money to thier casino at all or you will be sorry...I 100% guarentee it.

I deposited funds, read the terms and conditions, and stafrted playing. After wagering more than $4, 500 in total wagers, I tried to withdraw my winnings. To my surprise, the website would not send the winnings automatically but told me to call a toll free number. To my surprise the customer representative told me that I could not withdraw my funds because I did not play some specialty games like funky dice and stuff like that. He proceeded to remove my winnings down to my original deposite and then stated I could play with no other penalties and terms. Now at this point, I just wanted to get my initial deposit. To my suprise, the representative wanted a copy of my driver license, credit card and proof of address. I told him that due to the circumstances of already feeling cheated, I could not send additional information so that they additional inpropriarty could occur. Instead, I contacted my institution and requested they not honor the withdrawal. I would recommend no one should deposit funds into the Golden Casino.com account. You will not get it back

My blackjack experiences:

-I've never seen such luck in the computer stringing together 4-6 cards to hit 21 so frequently.
-The dealer probably hits 20 or 21 about 25% of the time. You'd be fortunate to witness this half of that in a real casino.
-The game is very, very streaky. You will lose for long streaks and win for short, but it's in streaks nonetheless.
-However, the frequency that the dealer is dealt 20 or 21 over a long period of time defies statistical reality. I know the deck is not perfect and every hand is randomized, but it's absurd the sheer quantity of 20s and 21s that the dealer hits, either dealt or hit.

On the money side of things:

Their general terms of service is available, but terms of play are not linked to anywhere, nor emailed, nor made available at the time of payment. I was sort of familiar with how online casinos worked, so my concern was not as high as it should have been.

They have absolutely draconian methods of not paying you your due winnings. Despite the advantageous profitability of taking their bonus that matches your deposit, do NOT do it. It complicates everything x100. Playing with anytime of free money means you're playing under a completely different set of rules than people that do not, and the rules aren't minor, to say the least. Try this one on for size, it should scare the hell out of you:

from http://www.goldencasino.com/terms_100per_10x.php (which I found only after requesting via email)

"you agree that the casino holds the right to void any winnings made from these games at our discretion."

Wow.

I turned 25 (plus 25 bonus) into 280 in 24 hours. It's been a nightmare getting my money. They informed me I must "wager" 10 times my initial 50. Well, what does "wager" mean? I told them I've probably placed 500 in my cumulative bets. I asked them to keep the 25 bonus and give me all of my winnings. No answer to my points I brought up, but instead they've notified me:

"As per your request, your account has been unblocked and set up as a No Bonus Account. The Welcome Bonus and the winnings you got from it were removed from your balance, so you can start playing again but without any game restrictions, and withdraw your winnings at any time."

Back to zero. I've never played any other sites (and unlikely to after this), but surely this must be one of the worst sites.

If you think this is all trivial and you can still play the site and win, then you are a delusional chump. Learn from all of us.

yup! big scam... I wish I would have read this information before I used that site. I must have lost 20 or 30 hands straight playing blacjack, I dont anyone has had a losing streak like that before! not even one win.. that is not realistic. Oh and there customer service people are a bunch of ###s. My advice, avoid online gambling, there is no way to know that someone is not cheating you.

Yeah, just lost 300$ there.. ridiculous, even when you use martingale strat on the roulette tables after 8 reds in a row (and actually just starting a high bet after those 8 go by), itll play out to another 10 reds in a row robbing your money, definatly not fair...

People that gamble, are doing just that. They are gambling with their money. I understand that. God knows that I have blown my share of money doing just that. But, I just want to be dealt a fair hand. I have spent a lot of time and a lot of money playing roulette at the Golden Palace Casino. I don't mind losing, but how many times can the same color hit? I have seen red 'hit' over 20 times in a row. How can that be when this is supposed to be a 50-50 game? They Cheat! Is there an online casino that we can play that is honorable?

hello, it sounds funnym but not only the golden casino is good in inventig excuses, even as good is the all slot casino (jackpot factory group). i am waiting now for almost 2 month to get my money, it is the lump sum of $4, 000, for me a fortune for them peanuts. the funny part, i am allergic against nuts

their standard ansers are:

Thank you for contacting All Slots Casino Support regarding your withdrawal.

First of all, I would like to apologize for the delay in replying to your email. Due to a technical problem with our systems, our reception of players' emails has been delayed and therefore our response times are currently longer than usual.

I can understand your frustration regarding this and we appreciate your continued patience during this process.

or as public for their staff:
Please be advised that we are still pursuing this issue but as of yet have not received any new updates.

Our financial department is still confirming with the processor that the wire transfer that we submitted, $xxx – the $25 transaction fee ($xxx), was returned.

Please note that since processing investigations often require that we contact banks or processing companies in various countries and time zones, it can sometimes take several days to gather all the necessary information.

answer # 1 is :

First of all, I would like to apologize for the delay in answering your email. The response to a number of our recent promotions has been bigger than we expected and as a result, our reply times are longer than usual.

Please bear with us as we work to get our service levels back to the high standard All Slots is known for.

I am sorry for any confusion regarding the timeframe needed for a response from our financial department.

Please be advised that once we escalate an issue to our financial department we ask our players to allow 48 hours for a reply. As written in our latest correspondence, Our financial department works Monday to Friday, Since the 17th of May is a Saturday, we ask that you kindly wait after the weekend is over to receive a reply.

i advise everybody to think about gambling at their casino, al though i have to see that myexperience with one of their sister casinos were much bette, i had my winning wired into my account in the time of4 days. not bad for a casino.

the terms and conditions are only against us players the are not rule and law for the casinos.

take your time before you sign in in a online casino, the minutes of having fun is not worse the anger you have later for getting your money.

thank 's for reading.

i appreciate feedback with your casino experiences. lucky seven

Here's some helpful info for those of you thinking about -- or struggling with -- using GoldenCasino.com
- If you make a deposit, they have you're money. In so many words, you're screwed. See below.
- If you try to make a withdrawal, be aware that they will wait "72 hours while our security department reviews your withdrawal." Now here comes the fun part.
- A man named Luis, the "security manager, " will supposedly review your account. What they don't tell you is that you're supposed to send them (really, send this 'Luis' figure) a copy of your picture ID that states your valid shipping address, TWO (2) copies of utility or credit card bills that match your shipping address, as well as copies of the front and back (and signature strip) of your credit card. They're supposed to notify you of this requirement via email, but they never do.
- If you call them, they will give you hell - see above for all of the other comments folks have left.
- If you don't send the info, you don't get your money -- EVEN IF YOU DIDN'T GAMBLE A SINGLE CENT OF IT. The only way to get your money back is to provide this unknown company - licensed offshore (in Curacao, see below) with all of this wonderful personal info about yourself. Good times!

I ended up having long conversations (30+ minutes each, and a mere four of them!) to get them to refund my initial deposit (only $80, but still), and then I asked that they shred my account data. Good luck with that, I am sure...

If others are having problems with their terrible customer service and their miserable policies, which are NOT spelled out well in their terms (trust me, I read them with a fine tooth comb, and I even got the customer service lady to read them with me, and she agreed that they don't go far enough to explain what a terrible system you have to follow to withdraw your money), you can always file a claim with these folks, for all it's worth:
http://www.ciga.an/Form%20of%20Objection.pdf

Good luck! And don't use GoldenCasino.com!

Before, our wonderful government stopped us from playing, this casino was great, but under another name. Since these owners have taken over, they make American Players, wait for weeks for money, and you almost have to beg for it. I am deleting them from my files, because winning anything over $1000.00 is almost unknown. Before, they took over, you could win $4,000. and they paid immediately. First, you waited 24 hours, to have money withdrawn, then 48 hours, and now they make you wait 72 hours. I say, being I have lost this past year, and you should at least win, something back, even if small, and that is seldom. I have played, and shame on me, at least $10,000. over the past year, playing the red, white and blue machine, without a jackpot. Something wrong there. Also remember, you are playing yourself, no one else is on your machine, so you should, in all cases, have a winner. I tried writing to them, they seldom respond, and I really think, they do not care for American players. So, I am back to the boats in Florida, where win or lose, you can have your money the same day. Best of luck to all of us suckers. S.K.H, Florida

In regards to what u said about the bonus - quite honestly it's easier to read the bonus rules and terms/conditions prior to signing up instead of getting urself in trouble and THEN trying to get out... yall should assume ur responsibilities as players as well!

GoldenCasino comes up with every excuse under the sun to delay payment. Excuse you will hear from this casino

1) Fedex/UPS is no longer an option and you will receive you checks in 8 weeks

2) Our bank is having problem so there will be a delay in your checks.

Watch out for:

3) You will get a auto response asking you for a reply to your preferred method. If you don't reply the casino will sit on your processing longer. If you do reply the casino will send you an email stating what' listed in question 1. Most importantly if you accept a bonus you must wager 10xs the combine value of the bonus and the deposit. For example if you debt- $1000.00 and receive a $500 bonus you must wager $15,000 on slots (which has the worst odds) before you can withdraw a dime. If you wager a dime on blackjack or any other table games you have breach contract and want receive a red cent. If you decide to gamble here omit the bonus. One you receive a bonus they states they cannot remove it. Be carefully.

4) Customer service is great but they are train to give you the same answer over and over and will do absolutely nothing to improve your processing time.

5) If you have winning do not redeposit they! This will delay your processing time. Once you do this you get to start all over and wait between 2 to 6 month for payment. "It is impossible to get a payment within a month regardless of your payment methods"

6) Plan on your withdrawal funds to sit awhile. They Casino is heavily plan on you to reverse and lose your winning

7) The casino will pay. however they will make it the most dreadful and painful experience ever.

I'm not advising anyone not to play at the casino the information is based on my experience as well as other within a group. It is stronger encourage to read the rule and regulation before spending a dime and to be willing to wait months for payment. And any small error on your part can cause you all of your winning. My recommendation would be to choose a casino they pays a lot faster and is more ethical. This casino is consider to be a under the cover scammer. The find different ways to con you out of your money.
