I had ordered a watch for my mother for Christmas. It didn't need to be there on Christmas as we were arriving the day after and staying a week. I ordered it on December 14th thinking even with the christmas back-up we would have plenty of time...turns out we got more than enough time. My mother had still not received her watch by the day we were leaving. Upon returning home we called glooks on January 7th only to find out the watch was out of stock and the company they were getting it from closed for 2-3 weeks. Never while placing the order or researching the watch was there any hint that it was out of stock, we would have purchased it elsewhere!! On January 7th they told us 2 weeks and she would have it. I had to call on January 26th because still NO watch! Big surprise! On January 26th they told us the watch would ship today February 2nd. Call me crazy but this seems outrageous! It has been well over a month and when calling the "manager" can only say "so sorry ma'am". Needless to say we will NEVER order anything from glooks again. They do not inform you they don't have what you order and a simple christmas present for my mother is arriving in February...THANKS ALOT!

    i am too late to see this. i am so frustrating with Glooks. I ordered a watch for my girlfriend on 18th, Jan, and waiting until 23rd, Jan, the order status didn't have any change. So I sent an email to [protected] answer to 24hrs hotline). After 1 min, I received the response said sold out and discontinued in US. I got mad and replied to cancel my order at once. Keep no change until I sent an email to say I gonna make a new order on 27th, Jan. They finally canceled the order and I definitely won't buy anything. Currently, they still hold the money regardless I called and sent the email. My credit line is too limit to not make a new order :(
