A year ago I started doing business with fortified financial to save my home in Pleasant Grove, because I was behind in the payments and I couldn't afford to pay the hight monthly payments, I trusted them and let them do their job, but no results were given, every two months I fax them the documents they requested, but after that just silence, they never answer my phone calls, neither my messages, in that period of time my case got like 7 different representatives that didn't do anything...finally I lost the house. Now no only they don't answer but they change phone numbers so I can't reach them. It is been 2 months since I lost my house because of them and I still don't receive my money back that they agree to give me if the loan modification didn't go on. I sadly realize that you can't trust them, they are no professionals, they don't care about you neither your house, they only care about the money they can get from you. Please don't trust them.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I am looking to file a Class Action Suit against Fortified. You can reach me at [protected] lukematthew@hotmail.com I, like many others and even more who have not posted or said anything are completely disatisfied and furious with Fortified. I am going on TWO years with them. I was one of their first client back in January of 2009 before they spent all their money on nice leather sofas and nice offices. They have not only botched and ruined my chances for a fair mod but they have ruined my neighbors and 4 others who I referred to Fortified thinking that Fortified could do something. ALL of us have gone no where with them and some have already lost their homes. I won't go through my torture and nightmare with them (it would take an entire page and then some). Based on BBB files, Fortified Financial, LLC has a BBB Rating of F on a scale from A+ to F.
Reasons for this rating include:
• 36 complaints filed against business
• Failure to respond to 3 complaints filed against business.
• 10 complaints filed against business that were not resolved.
• BBB Accreditation was revoked because business failed to comply with agreed BBB standards.
I agree. They need to be shut down. They scam people who are already suffering and make promises they don't deliver on. The processors get their clients to make very poor decisions based on the inaccurate information Fidelity feeds them. That puts them in a much worse place than they would have been without them. They promise money back if they fail, but never give it back and don't even try to help their clients. I know because my two daughters made the mistake of trusting them and giving them money. There are some companies out there that can help. Don't go near this one. I really don't understand why they haven't been shut down.
This is right, you can't trust them, my brother in law also lost his house because of them, and he got tired trying to get his money back from them, they are just no honest.
