Florida State Disbursement Unit Child Support review: florida state disbursement unit 1

HI, I really need help, the father is paying child support on time but, the Florida disbursement unit is not giving my money by direct deposit. On my child support cases. I do have two cases none of those are clear. Case number 1) case # [protected] CA last 4 of my assn is 0551. My name is Rose Mary Osorio my adress is 4008 se 12 pl apt # 5 cape coral fl 33904. Florida disbursement unit is holding my money since October 20017 no explanation of nothing they closed my case. I reopened the case and my money is not in my bank. The father is making payments on time because I do have receives for that, and they send him a letter for suspension of the drivers licences? When he is making all the payments on time. My desirable resolution of my cases or case is for example to please send me my money now, I am being evicted from my duplex because no payments on my rent since October because of this non payments from Florida state disbursement unit.

The other case number is from Miami Dad # [protected] since 1998 this is arrears since 1998 not being paid to me and I need this money. Please I really need some help to resolved this cases, and why is nothing being done to this?
