First Christian Church review: car rental/toll roads 1

I rented a car and returned it at Orlando International Airport. I came to the airport via a toll road because I followed a google map, and didn't know better! I have rented cars in lots of locations and have never had difficulty before finding a gas station near an airport. However, I went the whole distance of the tollroad and could not ascertain where to find a gas station. Because of this I was stuck returning a car at the airport empty, and was 'dinged' for it. I can appreciate the cost of the fuel, and even a service charge. I cannot appreciate the following from Hertz:
concession fee recovery $30
vehicle license free $2.68
customer facility charge $6.75
motor vehicle lease tax $6.06
energy surcharge $1.49
tax $22. 46
on top of a $91.41 charge for fuel and service, and a $30 service charge.
Where I understand the desire to discourage customers not refuel-ing, I feel that the Orlando Airport is implicit in that I could not FIND a gas station although I tried. You know that it is a major artery into your airport, and there is not (any) adequate signage about gas stations (like this is the ONLY gas station you will find on this corridor).
I did not pick up at this airport. Therefore I did not know about it at arrival.

So you are using your own ignorance as an excuse to return the car with an empty tank? You obviously had access to google maps (since you used it to map your route) you could have used your device to search for a gas station. You blame the airport, you blame the highway signage. You are unwilling to take the responsibility.
