I conducted a search on their website for a hotel called Hollywood Casino in Columbus for an upcoming trip. The search results took me to Hollywood Hotel In Los Angeles. I had conducted a previous search for a different date so it plugged in the 18th of January for the check in date. I must admit they I made an error but they ended booking me a hotel in Los Angeles instead of the city I am going to be in. I called back immediately once I realized what had happened and the Hollywood Hotel and Expedia both refused to assist me in correcting my mistake. They want to charge me about $180.00 for a Hotel I can't physically even stay in. Neither will work with me.
